She showed me Abby’s work on Instagram and explained the service would be £150, including the balayage and a trim, which sounded perfect to me. Today was the appointment, and from the moment I arrived, Abby was incredibly kind and professional. I’m very particular about my hair and was a bit nervous as it was my first time at this salon, but Abby made me feel totally at ease. Before starting, I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and she explained exactly what she planned to do. Throughout the process, she kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I felt super comfortable the whole time—and when I saw the final result, I was honestly shocked (in the best way!). It turned out exactly how I imagined, if not better. I was absolutely thrilled. At the end, I was charged £170 instead of £150, but honestly, I'm not complaining. Abby did an amazing job and truly deserves every penny.
