My only issue is that you’re able to book via Booksy in advance however it doesn’t appear to be something they use in the shop. I booked an appointment for 14:30 but then wasn’t seen until 15:00. If they are to continue to use Booksy then great but it needs to be implemented properly! It would also be great to be able to book a specific barber at the specific time. See you next time!”
