“I’ve used Drayton branch on many occasions for materials and found the team most helpful. Moreover I ordered 10 2.4m lengths of 4x2” cls timber for delivery along with sheets of plasterboard. I realised later that day timber was not the width I required, 3x2” was more suitable. Rang Rob to arrange a collection & swap and as it was Friday pm it wasn’t likely it could be facilitated until later the following week, due to my prior commitments. Rob, as a really kind gesture, actually brought the replacement timber in his car on his way home on the Friday evening. I was amazed at such a kind act - unbelievable in today’s society… A gent - “thanks Rob””
