From the outset during the quoting process Steve was excellent, knowledgeable, offering useful insights and suggestions but never pushy despite us taking several weeks to make a final decision on this big purchase. The fit out was very well organised with all members of his team working quickly, quietly, neatly and to a high standard of work. I really couldn't fault any aspect and the job finished exactly on the date we'd been promised. The new kitchen has been transformative for us, replacing a very old worn out kitchen. It's now stylish, modern and better suits our needs. Unique Kitchens managed this while being very competitively priced with other vendors. She came to our house, measured up, took into account everything we would need and how everything would best suit us,gave advice on design and colours etc. After a few days, went into store and she had created an image for us which was great to see as it gave us a good visual idea of how it would look. “Fantastic service from start to finish. Toseph took our design and understood exactly what we wanted and came up with a couple of great extra suggestions. Delivery was efficient. Installation by Darron was excellent. Darron went above and beyond the norm to make sure that we got the fabulous kitchen that Tailored Kitchens promised. Darron sorted out our tricky extractor. On finding a couple of small parts had been damaged in transit Darron was straight on to the supplier to get them replaced before we even knew about it. Overall a great experience from a local firm, resulting in us having an amazing kitchen with a fabulous corner larder.”

The project was not straight forward, as there were other issues to be addressed before installation. Michael who did the planning and managed the project, undertook to sort out these additional issues at the same time, and he delivered 100%. He also personally resolved any minor issues that arose along the way, to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the end result.
