“I can honestly say that I received an exemplary service from the Vision Express team in Longton. The optician I saw was very good and put me at my ease. I hadn’t been for any form of eye test for 20 years so I was quite anxious but I had absolutely no need to be! Staff were also extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. I would highly recommend & thanks so much for sorting my new glasses… I wouldn’t be able to see to write this review were it not for the team at Longton Vision Express!!”

“A great shop with a top selection of quality frames staffed by an exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team with a positive attitude towards making sure everything is right and you're happy with your purchase. My eyes had changed substantially since my last test so it took a couple of goes to get the new lenses right but nothing was too much trouble. It's not a cheap place but you get what you pay for in quality and service.”

“All staff were friendly. They involved my daughter in the process so when she has her first eye test she’ll be less nervous. They helped me pick glasses when I was struggling to decide and I was even able to see the same girl when I came to collect my glasses and have them fitting. She was lovely.”

“Fantastic service from Neil. I've never had anything other than poundland readers before but it was time to get a "real" pair of glasses Had my eyes tested elsewhere but could not find any glasses that suited me until I visited Glyn Jones where I found the perfect pair. Neil took time to ensure they were a good fit and explained all of the lense options I settled on reactolight, varifocals He mentioned that it may take around two weeks to get used to them as I'd not had them before. After two weeks I was still struggling. Neil arranged for a full retest at Glyn Jones and found that the original prescription (done elsewhere) was faulty. New lenses were ordered and they are perfect. Will definitely be returning with other members of my family and would recommend to others without hesitation.”
