“In our experience, this GP surgery is excellent despite current staff shortages. The doctors and nurses have always been professional, pleasant and caring, providing my elderly housebound mother with urgent attention when needed. The receptionists have always remained helpful, friendly and efficient (in contrast to the dragons experienced elsewhere, in the past). The responses to AskmyGP requests have usually been quick and always within a reasonable time (though it would be better if submission times were not so limited).”
