    “I purchased a Keyport keyring from MJ Outdoors a few months ago, with them being the cheapest in the UK and having stock - and my keyring getting a bit messy! When the item didn’t arrive due to an issue with Evri - I contacted MJ Outdoors and they chased Evri immediately and when Evri couldn’t confirm where the item was - another was sent out the same day. I believe that you can just a company best by how they handle things when they go wrong - and they dealt with the issue spectacularly”

    “Maxine helped me today with purchasing a bike from Halfords in bilston, very friendly and helpful Right from the start, I asked if it would be possible for the bike to be assembled the same day so I could leave with it, she informed me she would need to ask a colleague for assistance as there were already other bikes in being serviced etc. so I went away for half an hour and came back to see if the colleague would be able to help, only to find that she’d done it herself while I was gone, so I was able to take the bike away which saved us having to return. You don’t very often come across that level of customer service. Very grateful and appreciative to Maxine. Thankyou.”
