“I visited today for the first time & Izabela was AMAZING. I found her through a google search after an awful experience at another salon & I’m so glad I did! The wax was virtually pain free, her experience shows in her work & she was incredibly reassuring throughout. She made me feel welcome from the start, was professional & thorough, and has given me the best wax I’ve ever had. The salon is very clean and Izabela made a point of showing me that the wax sticks are never double dipped to ensure good hygiene between clients. We consulted at the start of the appointment where she explained the different waxes & why she was using 2 different ones and the benefits of doing this which was above and beyond any salon I’ve been to before. I booked in again with her at the end of the session & will be a returning customer going forward. Thank you so much Izabela, I’m so glad I found you!”

I have been back twice since and booked in for my fourth colouring and style with her in May this year. I was so nervous about taking the plunge with colouring my hair as I had never had it done before and was quite nervous, Lottie made me feel so at ease and continues to do so every time I visit! She gives me great advise on what shampoo and conditioner to use and also which heat protector is best for my hair type. She talks me through everything she is going to use on my hair and I honestly could not wish for a better stylist then her! We get on fab and it's always nice to see her when I have my hair done for a good catch up putting the world to rights ❤️ would never go anywhere else best of the best”

“Lana was absolutely lovely and professional. I came 15 minutes early to my appointment and even though I interrupted her break she was happy to start my appointment. I have very long and very thick hair and the whole time she was very professional and talked to me about the condition of my hair and what would suit it which I really appreciated. The salon was spotless and I was the only client there so I felt very safe and comfortable. Lovely service highly recommend!”
