   The service here is exceptional. Our waiter went over and beyond for us, we came in with 5 young kids, family and 2 cakes, he had everything covered and I am so thankful. It’s things like this that make it easy for us parents . Welldone Pizza express!

   I just got a large American pizza delivered and it hardly had any cheese on it, just a bit in the centre. Most of the pizza was just bread, tomato and pepperoni. Very disappointing and I won’t be ordering from here again.

   My boyfriend and I walked in yesterday without a reservation and were seated straight away. Our server, Kiera, was lovely and really helpful with all my questions about the in-app rewards. We ordered the mushroom & truffle pizza, the Calabrian feast, calamari, mozzarella sticks and dough balls. The food was delicious, and we both had a great experience overall!

   The pizza and staff were great, but what are those lights? I felt like I was in a police interrogation and had a migraine after the restaurant because the room was dark and the light was directly coming into my eyes! Really not helpful for those who have migraines; totally triggering. I am sorry.

   I don't like Pizza express generally. But this one is exceptionally good. From the food to the staff, from the facility to the desserts, it's just to good to be a pizza express. I've seen in full, I've seen empty. But the quality of service of foods all the same. For Celiac people, they have options which you never think you can find in a pizza restaurant. Staff is nice and cheerful. Keep it like that. Feels very local and friendly.

   Hi, I'd like to post a review on behalf of my mum who visited Pizza Express in Surbiton for lunch on Saturday. My mum has recently been diagnosed as coeliac and therefore can't tolerate gluten. The staff at the restaurant were so brilliant with my mum. They gave her all the gluten free options (which there were a good selection of) and then even offered to swap parts from 2 different gluten free dishes so that it was exactly what she wanted. My mum and her friends all raved at how nice the food was and how lovely all the staff were - nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!

   My children has always loved pizza express. I have to admit it wasn't my favourite pizza restaurant but since I tried the new menu I am so much happier to take my children there. Only been once at Surbiton branch, normally we go to the Esher one. The service at Surbiton was fantastic and the very friendly waitress gave a little tip which made my pizza exquisite!
