   I visited PizzaExpress Cheam recently, and I had a great experience. I placed my order and the food arrived very quickly, which was impressive. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, making the atmosphere feel comfortable and friendly.

   Delivery Order, (directly via Pizza Express) pizza arrived stone cold, toppings all over the place. Bday party ruined. Manager at Cheam branch, (Agnes) was unsympathetic, unhelpful and unprofessional with an attitude of "not my problem, nothing i can do, contact customer service" in the end ordered from elsewhere, i reccommend Fireaway Pizza in Worcester Park. After complaint I've received ONE main meal voucher for dine in, hardly an adequate solution. Will not be ordering or visiting you again!

   I’ve visited many Pizza Express branches over the years, but the Cheam location always has great customer service and great food. The customer service here is consistently friendly and efficient. The team at Cheam never disappoints. Highly recommend!

   Over priced, over rated & nothing express as the name says! Having gone to multiple pizza express restaurants over the years in different locations they all feel like they are going downhill in every regard, but todays experience in the Cheam restaurant was the final time we would consider this chain of restaurants. Arriving at 4pm eating at 5:15 all The tables with families had the same look and same issues with their hungry frustrated kids. Only a handful of customers when we arrived definitely more staff than customers (10 -12 customers max, 3 tables) yet took 15mins and multiple requests just to get a drink, food was ridiculously slow, so slow in fact we left before deserts as part of the kids menus. When informing the manageress Abi having spoken to multiple waiters as to what was causing the delays and why they are so slow she shrugged her shoulders and gave the blank expression of "i dont care, i dont know, why you even asking me" Nobody asked if we wanted a further drink, if our food was ok, did the kids want their deserts or do we want to see the deserts Menu-thats rubbish service! As the restaurant filled virtually every customer was trying to get a waiter / waitress attention for basic service Dis-interested staff (apart from 1 waitress who showed good customer service), noticablly inexperienced managerss, poorly run in almost every regard, all you can say is it is clean, ish

   Starter was cold and rather than be replaced when I returned it I just received same dish back slightly warmer, which I'm sure isn't usual practice for most restaurants, least of all Pizza Express. Pizza was nice, which you would hope was the case as a minimum for a pizza restaurant. Overall quite disappointing and given the current climate you would hope restaurants like this would be upping their game and being more attentive and focused on quality to retain custom.

   My daughter had a lovely pizza making party with her classmates here! The manager and staffs are very experienced. They controlled the party games and pizza making beautifully which was not easy with 25 kids! We are so glad that all the kids enjoyed the party. Definitely highly recommend!

   Our watress was very nice but overworked. They need to hire more staff. As a result, the service could have been delayed at times, at no direct fault of the waiters. The pizza barely had any cheese on it. A bit disappointing.

   Lovely pizza and teramisu, food was cooked to perfection and salad was fresh and crisp. Plenty of vegan options Friendly and attentive staff at Cheam, London, great ambiance, neat and clean, parking available on road side.
