   We booked a children's party for our 6 year old pizza-loving daughter. Farouk was amazing and had all 14 girls thoroughly entertained throughout with his humour and patience. They all loved the experience. Thank you to all the team for making it such a memorable party. Farouk is superb! We massively appreciate all the effort, energy and enthusiasm he put in to hosting!

   As now having adult children we haven’t been to this restaurant in 10+ years. Brought two young guests of ours and were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, the atmosphere pleasant. The restaurant was busy but not as loud as I remembered. Thank you very much to Veronica for looking after us. Great service with a wonderful smile at all times. My husband and I think we will be back with or without young guests. Thank you.

   Veronica was our waitress, she was fantastic! She was attentive and friendly, gave us time when we hadn’t decided on our orders and was very patient with us. She recommended the best ways to use our deals and offers, and helped us to use the app to do this. Our food was good and came quickly, and Veronica made us feel welcome and comfortable. It was quite echoey and loud in the restaurant, hence the 4 stars for atmosphere.

   My son had his 9th birthday party here over the summer and I can’t recommend the experience highly enough. Our party host and chef, Farouk, was brilliant - keeping the children happy and engaged from start to finish. The party was excellent value for money and many of the children said it was the best birthday party they had been to. Thank you to Farouk and the team at Banstead for a wonderful, stress-free afternoon.

   We came in for lunch and we were blown away, service very quick and helpful, and super super friendly. However the pizza was outstanding, and the chef was a super friendly person. In respect for the chef and his amazing pizza we had to finish it and were super super stuffed and happy. BEST PIZZA EVER!!

   Service was abysmal. We did get free items because of the terrible service but we had to ask rather than offered. Sent my pizza back as barely any cheese. Tried to argue I'd have tk pay for extra but a cheese pizza should have ample cheese on in the first place. This restaurant has definitely dropped standards in recent years. The fact they are so quick to give money off just shows lack of interest from them to just be better in the first place.
