   The buffet seems to be all veg pizza even the ones with a meat label only have a slice or two with meat on, and no thin crispy based pizzas just super stodgy doughy thick base. Large bookings swarm the buffet and eradicate everything, leaving you to pick through thick based tomato sauce, cheese and onion (manager's special). By the time anything new shows up the swarms have seen to it.

   I ordered a veggie sizzler and received something that's not even on their menu. Might be a new Christmas festive item or something as someone decided to experiment, but next time you send out food to your customers take a look to see if its even edible or not. It was my first order and I am very disappointed at the low level of customer service and neglect. I hope the person who made it is held accountable for their irresponsible actions. You should really consider changing the name from veggie sizzler to chilli flakes sizzler might be a more suitable description.

   Had a lovely meal out whilst travelling for work. Had a meal for one deal with the any pizza option. Pizza was nice and just like I'm used to. New Biscoff cheesecake desert was amazing. Top marks to Zara who served me. She was very attentive and always made sure I was ok and had everything I needed. She's a real credit to the restaurant. (Thank you Zara) Will definitely be back when Im back in Manchester.

   Came here for my sister’s birthday on a Tuesday mid-afternoon . Can’t complain about the food but the service was trash. Staff constantly seemed like they were rushing but there were like 7 tables in. Asked staff for help twice and never received it. One staff member who my family and I believed was a manager shouted a woman and snatched a bowl of pasta out of her hands without even explaining the issue, really terrible to see. I hope she spoke up because it was terrible conduct. We were hoping to put some candles in the cookie dough but we wanted to leave as soon as we could after the mains as there was no atmosphere and staff seemed unwilling to help. So we took our money elsewhere. Won’t be retuning here anytime soon and hope the staff members get some lessons on customer service and better yet, take some notes from the Trafford Centre Restaurant as they’re much better and seem like they actually want to help their customers.

   Today I went to Pizza Hut with my husband for the buffet buy one Get one free. Wow wow wow! Amazing! The staff was very friendly. We definitely recommend this place. Great tasting food and value for money!

   Warmly greeted and seated. Friendly service. Clearly explained everything to us. Food was great and served promptly. Really happy with the choice of drinks. Atmosphere was really pleasant and calm. We both will be back again. Cannot rate high enough.

   The Restaurant, Staff, Food and location was fantastic. My one star drop is actually for the Pizza Hut website and when I called up the week before, I asked to book and their website said they were all booked up from 12 onwards, I called and was told that it is booked up but they accept walk ins, we thought the worst and thought we would be queuing but there was absolutely no one in when we arrived at 12 and when we left there were still a lot of spaces including the upstairs area. We had the O2 priority free buffet, it was very easy to order and the staff helped us do it. The signal was absolutely rubbish in there but we got there eventually. The plates for the buffet was passed to us really quickly. There was an awkward moment when all the pizzas trays were empty so we had to linger around which caused a queue but yes we had a great time and the offer (even if we had paid the £9.99) is really good. The toilets were not the cleanest especially considering it was early on in the day but they were ok. Would visit this branch again, the staff were very kind.

   Food was nice - as expected of a Pizza Hut. For me, the real selling point for this place is the staff. They were WONDERFUL. They couldn't help you enough, were polite and efficient, and for me - spent time talking to my autistic son and making him feel very very welcome. They went out of their way - highly recommend.

   Giving Pizza Hut a 5 Star review, I've always loved Pizza Hut since I was a kid, this store at Manchester city center is convenient in terms of location, I ordered the Meat Feast Hot Individual with cheese thick crust, super tasty, adds a bit of fun while enjoying the nice pizza, along with the Strawberry and Lime Cider, great combination altogether. Amazing service from the staff at the store, got to give them credit, appreciate food from Pizza Hut.
