   No wonder pizza Hut closing down. Food is great but everything is 'robotics'!! Hardly any human interactions.....felt I was just a number. Actually, glad is closing down. I can get good pizza s at lot of other 'human' places. Goodbye PH.... You won't be missed.

   Stopped in here after bringing grandson to star city for a few hours. We were looked after from entering to leaving, great staff and food was amazing, even managed to take some home in a take away box, thank you will be back

   Took my two children to Pizza Hut at Star City and had a really positive experience. The manager and staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our visit. I forgot to apply the “kids eat for £1” code when ordering, but they sorted it out and refunded the difference straight away, no fuss at all. The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. We had the buffet, which had a good range of options and was perfect for the kids. It’s a great place for a family meal, relaxed, welcoming, and well looked after. We’ll definitely be visiting again

   The workers were very polite and professional. We booked in advance and on arrival we were asked if our preference was table or booth, even offering us an extra chair if the booth was too tight. They were attentive throughout, clearing plates and checking if we were okay etc. Overall excellent customer service which created a genuine welcoming atmosphere. They accommodated us with a gluten free pizza inclusive, despite gluten free pizza not being a buffet dish. We were also given the allergen book. Our party included 3 children who all enjoyed the food and buffet experience. The child with allergies had no complaints. I was very appreciative of the kids eat free (when you spend…) deal! The flow of food and range was very good! Delicious pizzas, salad and ice cream. Next time I will also try the pasta!

   Great place to go with family and kids. Decent variety of pizzas to satisfy and limited mains options. They have this great offer of free unlimited salad with a main meal, which is great. The salad bar has a great variety to choose from. I also like the bottomless drinks option, pay slightly more but then refill how many times you want. It is a nice place to go for a bite if you are in Star city.

   Not sure why there's mixed reviews, this is an amazing place to eat at!! The staff are wonderful and they can control the environment with ease. Even though the place is literally packed you don't feel like you're struggling to get to the drinks or the food because everyone looks out for each other. Its a very nice environment and I love coming here!

   OK so I have to start by saying the 3 is just for the staff, the manager and all the staff are ace but he'll they have to deal with loads of trouble all night and the food, well its just soooooo bland now. Piza hut used to be the place to go on the way to the cinema. But honestly there was nothing of taste in all the food we had. The spicy jalapeño bites were peppers not spicy jalapeños, the salad was bland and looked old, and the pizza was what you would expect from a pound shop. All in at 60 quid for two and you sort of expect something a bit more. As I say the staff are ace but they should leave quickly for better careers

   Visited pizza hut with my family and I was extremely happy with the welcome. The lady who saw to us was super friendly and responded to our needs. We had small accident when my son dropped the drink all over the pizza and they replaced it with another. Looking to visit again this week

   First time going here, didn’t wanna go anywhere really due to the heatwave. Was fairly empty and lucky they had A.C. First of all I wanna mention the really good service and welcoming from the workers, especially one guy who’s name I didn’t get unfortunately. We got the Big Sharer which consisted of a 13” pizza we got the Hot and spicy veg, 2 sides which were garlic bread with cheese and fries, salad and 2 desserts which we got the brownie and cookie dough. Drinks weren’t included so got the bottomless drinks separately. Everything was really nice, fresh and tasty. Even took some to go. Altogether it was £40 which is steep imo but it is what it is. Fairly clean place too.
