   Place used to best around and I'd tell everyone about it. I order the Family saver every month for 'pay day pizza'. Recently the offer has changed, more expensive and you only get 2 sides instead of 3 and they have removed the garlic bread slices. They advertise that is also comes with a bottle of pop in the price but when ordering on the app they charge an additional £2.60 and you have no choice but to order it. The last 3 orders the pizzas have been under cooked and doughy, tonight's was only luke warm. Need to fix yourselves before I find somewhere new. Update 23/12/24 Never again! Another raw pizza that was squashed. Phoned them and was told they will resend. Waited 1.5 hours and decided to go and get my money back. While I was out the order arrived with a tub of ice as an apology. Great I here you say! Not so much, the ice cream was open and had been half eaten!!! So not only can't they cook something simple but health and hygiene is clearly out the window by storing half eaten food with items that they sell to their customers. Another customer also came to complain about the service they were receiving while I was getting a refund. Place needs hygiene award removing and closing down

   Wow this place has really gone downhill! It used to be amazing and we ordered all the time but again tonight the pizzas were overdone and the chicken strips were dry and about a third of the size they usually are! Even the kids wouldn’t eat it! Gutted as this was our go-to pizza place and we liked supporting a local independent business, but will def be looking elsewhere now ☹️

   Horrendous customer service. Waited over 2 hours for food after calling multiple times to chase and be told it was on the way. Order never arrived and staff are rude. Do not order on both Uber eats or direct!

   I loved this place and was regularly ordering for 2 years but unfortunately i decided 1 time to order through there own website not uber and the pizzas came overcooked I rang to sort the problem and the manager was arguing with me that he checked them and I was basically wrong ! How dare he when my 4 children was complaining it was burnt !my own pizza ( I have jalapeños) was fine so I was ringing to try and get replacements for the children, I ended up putting the phone down and will not order again out of principal... customers always right? Clearly not here ! Shame as we ordered at least once a month

   Overpriced, stone cold food was deliverd and absolute applying customer serivec. Orded food for delivery at 7pm 2 mile trip.30min ETA. Called 45 minutes later was told 20 minutes. Called another 40 minutes later to be told the food is on route and will be 10 minutes. 9.15 and no food. These cowboys use thier own delivery drivers via uber and have no idea what they are doing. Always spoke rudely and never apologised. There is no option to leave no stars.

   Used this pizza place for the last 4 pizzas and they are great pizzas are really tasty and fresh. I love the garlic and herb base with meat feast. It's good value and as tasty and good as alot bigger commercial pizza takeaways. Chicken strips are good too. Would be hard to tell different to mds tenders. On the whole we travel about 4.5 miles to collect pizzas from here but it's worth it as they are so nice and tasty. Would highly recommended people try out this pizzeria. They also have a stock of American candies and snacks with American sodas/pops
