   Marked as delivered without actually delivering. Delivered stone cold pizza after 1hr 25min. Proper joke. Refused to answer calls. Second time this has happened.

   The pizzas are standard, but the service in this store is abysmal. The employees are found either doing nothing or chatting away, not making the pizzas clearly going over an acceptable time on the order screen while customers wait. When they do decide to finally make pizzas and put them into the oven, the staff cut them really late and let the pizzas sit on the hot rack for ages before they actually call out the names, even if there's a staff member free. Working at a Domino's, this type of behaviour would get me sacked instantly. Wouldn't recommend at all unless you want to wait 45 min for two pizzas even when the store is quiet.

   I’ve usually enjoyed the pizzas here and the staff has always been nice. But during my recent visit, I was a bit put off by the hygiene one of the staff members was making pizza without gloves, and the dough was sticking to his quite hairy hands. He also looked visibly sweaty, which was hard to ignore. I was asked to wait five minutes but ended up waiting over twenty without any update, so I left. Just sharing this hoping hygiene and communication can be improved a bit.

   One of the best pizza place in Birmingham with a lot of discounts for students. The staffs are very friendly and the pizzas are very delicious and tasty. The first I tried it, I order multiple times and was afraid I so I don't get addicted to it. You can try their ALL MEAT PIZZA and thank me later.

   Placed a large business lunch order online at 8:56 in the morning for delivery at 12:45. I called at 12:51 to see where the order was and was told that it would be 15-20 minutes late. Lunch was supposed to be at 13:00 with a 1/2 an hour break. The tracker said the driver left at 13:04 with 11 minute travel time. Order was not delivered until 13:53!!! The driver was lovely and the staff helpful and apologetic when I called, but I will not be ordering from this establishment again. Do better Papa John's - over an hour delay is excessive!
