Zizzi Manchester Piccadilly is a great choice for pizza lovers, especially if youβre looking for a relaxed and family-friendly place in the city. I walked in early around noon, and at that time, it was just me and my son, which made the experience calm and comfortable. The pizza was excellentβfreshly baked, well balanced in flavor, and very satisfying. The crust was nicely done, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. We both enjoyed our meal, and it was a great way to start the day. The restaurant atmosphere is spacious and welcoming, with a warm Italian-style interior that feels casual yet well designed. Itβs a nice environment whether youβre dining alone, with family, or with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service and making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit, especially when dining with a child. One small area for improvement would be the bathroom, which was acceptable but could benefit from a bit more attention to cleaning. Overall, Zizzi Manchester Piccadilly offers great pizza, friendly service, and a relaxed dining atmosphere. Despite the minor bathroom issue, itβs still a solid place to enjoy a quality pizza, and Iβd happily return again.

When you walk in its not clear if you should wait to be seated, seat yourself or walk to the bar... Decided to wait. Got seated, asked for somewhere quiet which we kinda got but then noticed staff were hovering around us fair bit... But fair enough its not a VIP booth so can't complain complain too much. The menu I think needs more vegan options or maybe allow people to order popular items but with meat substitutes. Wife had the prawn pasta. She enjoyed it. I had the spinach and goats cheese ravioli and tbh it tasted really good! And filled me up. The waiter/staff member offered grated parmesan and olive oil which enhanced the meal. The deco and environment is nice. The bill had a speedy service tip which we were unsure about. We aren't told about this beforehand and it seems to be compulsory. I always thought a tip was something given voluntarily when you were overly satisfied with the service or feeling generous... For 2 people it wasnt too much but its still an extra payment that customers should be made aware of, because in theory they could charge you anything for this... Ive had their pizza before and tbh wasnt big fan of it, overly thin base and not enough cheese and toppings esp for the price.

10/10 the staff were very helpful especially Annalisa who made myself and partner feel comfortable and helped me work out the zillionaires app. Im sad to see the chocolate melt go but the chocolate fudge brownie tasted amazing very well presented ^_^

I'm a tourist from Australia we found Zizzi 3 months ago and love it. The food is great , the app and perks are fun and we get value for our money. Well done. Thanks to Tanmay for his friendliness.:)

Staff were friendly and food was good. Ordering and menu accessible via QR code, making it efficient to order. Was hard to get the attention of staff as most were training. I highly recommend the Tiramisu for dessert, it was delicious!

Unbelievably shocking. Could tell that the food served was likley warmed in the microwave. The food was definitely not freshly made. The meat balls were small lumps of mince meat Even the bolognese had next to no meat in it. Only positive was that the food came in about 5 minutes but that's probably how long it took to heat up. Was literally an overpriced microwave meal.

Went to Zizzis with a couple of my old friends as we had heard great reviews about it. I am quite a picky eater so I ordered a beef meal. Canβt quite remember It now but I have attached a picture below. We had an amazing time. Courteous staff, prompt service and there were enough chairs to sit in.

My sister and I visited here before a show. She had a voucher from work that she wanted to use that allowed us to order from a set menu. The food was great, apart from the aranchini balls (they seemed a bit greasy). The service was also really good. The only bad thing was we were told at the end that we couldn't give a tip on our cards but we didn't have cash since noone (including them) is accepting cash anymore. We felt a bit bad but we were going to a theatre show and wouldn't have had time to go to a cash machine and come back. Definitely would go back here in the future.
