   my partner has ordered from this place a few times but i’ve noticed that every time we got our pizza there was always hair on it. The first time i thought it could’ve been mine so i ignored it but every time i get a pizza from this place the pizza always has hair on it or literally cooked into the pizza so i know its not a coincidence. Really disgusting avoid it

   Absolutely appalled at the service we received this evening. I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for over ten years, purely due to its location near my home and the quality of the food. However, after tonight’s experience, I can honestly say I will never be ordering from here again. Not because of the food, but because of the sheer disrespect we were shown. My partner and I placed a simple pizza order, something we’ve done countless times before. When the delivery driver arrived, he knocked on the door with such aggression that it sounded like the police. It was loud, harsh, and completely unnecessary. My dad was the first to notice the driver’s unpleasant attitude and called for us to collect the order. What happened next was absolutely shocking. As we came to the door, the driver immediately confronted us with hostility. In a sarcastic and rude tone, he told us that next time, if we don’t answer our phones, he would simply take our food away. There was no greeting, no professionalism, just an immediate and uncalled-for attitude as though we had done something wrong. My partner was completely taken aback and politely explained that he had been on the phone with his mother and that no calls had come through. We hadn’t ignored him. We simply didn’t receive any calls. And besides, he was already at our door, so what exactly was the issue? His behaviour was completely unacceptable. At the end of the day, his job is to deliver food to people’s homes. If knocking on someone’s door is too much effort or if he finds it an inconvenience to do the most basic part of his role, then perhaps this is not the right job for him. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer like that, especially someone who has supported this business for over a decade. I have always loved the food from here and recommended it to friends and family many times. But after tonight, that has changed. The experience left both me and my partner feeling insulted, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. A business is not only defined by the quality of its food but also by the quality of its customer service. And on that front, this place has let us down entirely. Until serious steps are taken to address how customers are treated, particularly by delivery staff, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Good food means nothing when it comes with a side of rudeness and aggression.

   Order cancelled with no explanation had to call up and find out why. Girl on the phone 10/10 very nice. Manager unprofessional and very unhappy to be waiting so long just to have our order cancelled! Why accept it in the first place???

   I ordered from here for the first time. I ordered veg pizza.. The topping was mostly jelopinos and olives. The sauce on the bases was so spicy that my kid didn't eat at all. I ate 1 slice hardly. So when you order just confirm the sauces and instruct for clear toppings.

   Ordered food from here tonight and had what was probably the worst experience I've ever had. The pizza was under cooked and rubbery with chicken that tasted like it was a week old. The curly fries were completely raw and hard. I also tried to call the manager to explain the situation, never asked for a refund or anything, just to let them know and the manager from the shop was very rude and basically said he doesn't care. Would never order from this place again and highly recommend you all do the same.

   Don't recommend anyone order from here chips were cold and tasteless pizza wasn't very hot tasted rubbery and under cooked also I have never known chicken be on a meat feast pizza ??? definitely will not use ever again

   Ordered as it was close to the Travelodge we were staying in. Had a thin crust 15' double pepperoni. Was ready for collection within 15 mins. Was one of the tastiest pizzas we've had in a long time. The tomato sauce was lovely. Was a bit oily from the pepperoni but would order again if we were in the area.
