I never have problem They are wonderful people they build it beautiful They improving a lot Customer service, absolute amazing Never judge a closing book until you read the end of story Even though you don’t have money And you told them I’m starving They will help you as human being That is how incredible people there are
ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF TIME - SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO WITTON ROAD The food quality has gone down and so has the service. Kebab is fatty and full of oil, Chicken always looks dry and reheated and the pizza toppings and sauce base is stingy. Found a hair in my food and I’m surprised they’re still open tbh. I used to like going here until they got new staff. Absolutely rude, giving dirty looks and laughing after me because I’m gay. Thinking I can’t understand what they’re saying in their native language.
Absolutely terrible experience at Caspian Pizza (Aston branch). We ordered two regular thin crust pizzas over the phone – one Bombay Chicken with chicken pepperoni, and one Vegetarian Hot. Not sure if the staff were asleep or just careless, but both pizzas we received were vegetarian – completely missing the chicken and pepperoni. When I called back, they admitted the mistake and said they’d make a new one and told us to keep the old ones. Fine – mistakes happen. But after waiting another 10 minutes, the replacement pizza had the correct toppings… on the wrong base (regular instead of thin crust). How do you mess up the same order twice? This just shows how unprofessional and disorganised the team is at this branch. Highly not recommended if you’re looking for good pizza or decent service. Extremely disappointed.
I paid £5 for burger meal but they give that burger absolutely disgusting I’h try Caspian in Solihull they have amazing burger here 1/10 don’t waste ur money here
Pizza was decent, ordered tandoori chicken, it was tasty and the stuffed crust was really nice! Negatives: - Found a piece of hair on the pizza (unhygienic), considering they are 5 star hygiene - It was a thin base, wanted deep pan, they should add options on Just Eat to allow you to choose your choice
Had a delivery on Tuesday evening mixed kebab chicken was like the sweepings of the floor I’m now suffering food poisoning and can only put it down to this takeaway!!! I will be informing the health inspectors
Reasonably priced but the shop is a bit dirty inside. The pizza was meant to be California but it was like a normal pizza, usually California has a different base.
Food was excellent. They live up to the standards of great pizza. However They could improve on their burgers.
I took extra large pizza with meal. Good taste but I am not comfortable with cleanliness. As some time staff not using gloves. Parking on the road. Overall friendly staff.
Unfortunately I have had to edit this review as my last order was very disappointing. Hardly any toppings on the 2 large pizzas I ordered. Just tasted like margerita pizzas. Photo was supposed to be vegi hot. Not happy. Will order from somewhere else next time.
