   Arrived rang Bell twice as no staff. Staff then appeared and told to use app. Downloaded app took 10mins and load of data as no WiFi. App then crashed then stopped working as was closing. Rang bell. Told staff app not working, didn't say this online, staff member told us.she said could do it through the till. Placed order and paid. 22.51 receipt on my Google wallet. There was no other orders. Could see the ovens. Our 3 pizzas didn't go into the oven till 23.11. Takeaway took 30+mins in an empty shop!

   I haven't used Pizza Hut Acomb in years, having previously been a regular customer. I thought I'd give it a try as their recent reviews looked good, so I figured maybe it had improved. The pizzas were delicious, lots of toppings, lots of sauce (which is also important!), and cooked well, not dry or over cooked, and not undercooked either. The delivery was prompt and really friendly. Would I use pizza hut again? Absolutely. I must also say the cost per pizza was good value for money. Better than the other food chains in the area.

   Lack lustre service were rang to order for collection. Upon arrival pretend never heard of me. Although I heard someone in the kitchen to the side saying he hasn’t paid over the phone so we don’t do it. This is even though I offered to pay over the phone but was told it’s okay to pay on arrival. 20 minute drive for nonsense customer service. I’ll take my custom else where

   Delivery was good. Brownie was delicious and ate that first so my ice-cream did not melt. A little disappointed with my pizza. No garlic powder on the crust and the toppings did not fill the pizza. Tasted good, but disappointed.

   Had a few from here since my last review. Go for collection is my best advice. Delivery can taker a while and may be cold, I don't mind cold pizza but the huts are meant to be professional pizza makers they shouldn't send it cold and late.

   Make sure you check your pizza is cooked before you leave. We've had a few soggy ones which we couldn't eat. Resolution team gave us some slices .. but no refund until I fought for it . We had one yesterday though that was perfect so perhaps they got the oven sorted

   Great delivery service, always on time and food is always hot. My favourite takeaway especially for the cookie dough! We ordered the new ultimate cookie dough and it did not disappoint - look at the size of it next to a large pizza!
