Can't go wrong with Big Johns , foods always warm and delicious , staff are always polite and friendly. I'd highly recommend the Mix Kebab and Nan , or with Chips , or even both. 10 outta 10
Jokers. Wait 2 hours for delivery of 1 chicken. I’m 3 minutes away in a car. Came just warm. Refused the food. Cost more on line a pay delivery then it comes warm. Not acceptable at all. Terrible
We went at the peak time of dinner for the first time but chips were cold, pizza was not cooked properly. In the display picture, there are jalapeños and good salad in burgers but they just put lettuce in burgers. When you are not giving good salad in burgers, don’t display such pictures as well. Overall the food was awful. Not recommended. Never going again.
Hello, today at 1 p.m. I ordered 2 sets for 3 f, one with chicken mayo burger, the other with wings, in my wings I found plastic foil embedded in the breading. At 4 o'clock I returned to the premises to get a refund for one set which I threw in the trash. I showed the staff photos of food with foil and I wanted a refund of my 3 pounds, I was refused, I was offered the same food again, but I'm disgusted to eat at this place from now on, the boy who was working in the kitchen at 1 o'clock was standing at the cash register at 4 o'clock and laughed at me when I asked about the manager, I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me for the first time in my life, I encountered such rudeness, the same guy didn't see anything wrong with my order despite the photos shown, he told me to come to the manager on Monday and for obvious reasons I won't go there especially after 3 f I demand that this employee be immediately dismissed from work, otherwise I am submitting an application to the council and relevant services to inspect this premises, the worst branch I have ever been to, I am very dissatisfied with the food, occupational hygiene, and the staff working there. I intend to leave negative opinions on every possible website. and report this matter.

I remember when I was in school 13 years ago, we used to go to big johns until my friend had food with bugs in. Had it again recently and the food temperature and quality is still poor.
i am absolutely disgusted by the member of staff. This is due to the fact me and my partner had ordered a meal deal (chips a drink and a pizza each) from uber eats firstly it took over an hour to be cooked ect, when it was delivered the pizzas was missing because the uber driver had infact stole them so we went down to this big johns where the service was horrendous as they did nothing to help us, didn’t offer to make us the 2 pizzas that were not delivered to us instead they decided to argue with us. Also while this was happening a women in there had been waiting for her food for a very very very long time. Also the chips that we only got did also come very cold.
Needs to be shut down and replaced with another good food chain because there just a disgrace terrible service and terrible food in every single store I’ve been in especially this one pls stop going here !!!
Food arrived stone cold, Chicken looked disgusting lots of mayo after stating i didn't want ANY sauce. Kebab looked pale, undercooked and didn't smell nice. Chips were cold and stale, 0 out of 10 !! £15 wasted as food went straight in the bin. Utterly disappointed!
