   Recently we ordered a lot more food than usual for my family and they didn't put two of the orders in the bag. I rang and asked them and they told me they had packed it with the rest of the food( but they didn't) Eventually they did come back and delivered the missing food. However it wasn't nice made to feel a liar and the customer service we got made us not want to eat the food, when it did eventually turn up. Shame because we loved this place and order all the time.

   The place was empty until I was ready for leaving, Havent been here in a while, I'm guessing new owners?.. Anyway really didn't exspect to see what I got when I opened by Donnor Barm to what I got really excited to see if it tastes as good as it looks to me..wait for update..

   Having ordered a chicken and donner kebab, I expected a bit more than 3 little bits of chicken interspersed among a load of dry donner meat and hardly any salad or sauce. Obviously things have changed. Used to be good, but no more. We'll go elsewhere now.

   Shocking service ordered online after receiving a 15%off text message. Waiting a hour and a half, followed up with a phone call only to be told wrong takeaway and then shouted at !!

   Absolutely hanging! Pizza burnt Didn’t add toppings i asked for. Ordered a chicken kebab also a joke. More meat on a sparrow than what i got Very disappointed

   Always so polite and friendly! Wether that’s take out or pick up. Food is cooked fresh and hot. Food Portions are decent and there very quick with delivery. Thankyou
