we ordered a couple of pizzas and a chicken burger and cheesy chips and a can, honestly everything was cooked perfectly and the staff and delivery driver were fantastic a clear 10/10
I recently visited Lichfield Kebab house and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, especially the pizza and the kebabs which was cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was really cozy. The prices were reasonable, making it great value for money. I highly recommend checking it out!
Drunk staff! Didn't even order a takeaway! Banging on my door at 11pm!!!! These people don't deserve to get any business! Tom you should be ashamed of the situation.....reported to police! Please everybody.....don't even bother! Have eaten here before but stone cold and very expensive!
Had the large lamb shish kebab - fantastic. Delicious marinated lamb cooked to perfection (juicy, yet slightly singed on the outside) with an excellent fresh salad, add the garlic mayo and chilli sauce and you have a meal that's hard to beat at any price.
Food literally 10/10. Service is nice but slow as so many people order but no problem to wait 15 minutes The shop is a little small but you have the outdoors it is true it is clean and nice indoors.
Absolutely dreadful, ordered food at half 11, was told it would be delivered by 12:20 at the latest. Food was delivered at 2:30AM by which time id gone home.I rang the restaurant 4 times between 12:20-1 for them to cancel the call and offer no updates when requested, dreadful service. Thankfully was able to get a full refund from Uber eats but don’t order from here.
Twice I’ve tried to order from this place and they’ve just cancelled my order without letting me know. First time was back in January, so I decided to get them the benefit of the doubt and order again tonight (July 22). I got an email to confirm my order had been excepted and their online live update system changed from “order received” to “food is being prepared”. After over an hour of waiting I rang them up to be told “darling I cancelled that order” with no explanation for why. They didn’t care at all when I explained this is the 2nd time they’ve done this to me and still offered no further explanation, simply stating I should receive a refund. Both times due to the time I ordered and by the time I’d waited around for the food, all other takeaway places were now shut so I was left hungry without another alternative. Absolutely shocking service.
