   Really disappointed, ordered a takeaway meal for our son’s birthday today on his request. Ordered through Deliveroo because as a fairly regular orderer (and the gluten free base is excellent)I had received an email with an offer but wish we had not bothered and gone to Zizzonia. Took over 1.5 hours to arrive and was cold on arrival. I added mushrooms and it was in large ugly dollops like no care or attention. Don't offer enticement for regular customers if you can’t keep up your good service! Won’t be ordering again.

   Love the pizza here, delicious. Really good kids menu which is generous and cost effective. But as it gets into winter I think anyone sat near the door will get sick of the deliveroo drivers making the restaurant cold. Maybe request a table downstairs. We were booked for 6pm and our food arrived quickly. Very tasty. Did have to keep chasing the service for taking plates away and the bill. Our kids love it here though so we would be back. The waitresses were kind and cute with our children.

   Quality pizza. I had the ortolona which is already vegetarian with eggplants as the main topping. Though I think fungi is a better option since its mushrooms were more spread out across the pizza, and the sauces better complimented mushroom. Sat downstairs around the bar. Didn't feel like any drinks but the same waiters kept coming back to ask about it. Had such a great time i forgot to take photos much.

   Proove in broomhill used to be my favourite place to eat - I have genuinely eaten some of the nicest pizzas in my life here but since last year it has gone incredibly downhill (pictures attached). I would no longer recommend proove as a place to go as the quality of the food is now so bad in comparison. The first pictures uploaded are from 2023 and the last picture was from my last visit. The toppings are consistently stingy, especially regarding the cheese and tomato sauce which is just laughable. It’s so unfortunate as it used to be the best pizzas in sheffield. No longer worth the money.

   THE PIZZAS WERE RAW! Worse pizza & pizza delivery experience of my life. First they send the wrong pizza. We wait for the right ones to arrive. And then? They send raw pizzas!!! Absolutely not edible. They had to know that. Horrible customer experience. And now we’ll see if we get refunded…

   Nice atmosphere and friendly service. We ordered two pizzas and then the dessert pizza. The pizza itself tasted good and wasn't overwhelmed by sauce, only complaint was that it was impossible to use hands as the bottom was a bit soggy. Don't underestimate the spice of the Carni. We wanted strawberries and raspberries on the dessert pizza but they were out, so we switched up. Had to keep in mind that it was a half hour before closing so very understandable. I'd likely come again if I was bringing others that appreciated good pizza a little more than I do

   Our trip to Proove on Monday 20-Jun was great, with superb service, but left our reviewer wanting a little more to hit 5-stars. The staff were excellent. Service was with a broad smile, efficient and accurate and overall, this was a very good Italian pizza meal. Without doubt, this restaurant is organised, having a separate vegan menu is a real top notch idea. This is our second visit here and we just want to say we will be back, even though we have not awarded 5-stars. We had olives, Vegan Bruschetta and the Buratta to start which were very, very good. The Art Bert vegan pizza was amazing. The Calzone was good, but the folded dough on its edge was thicker than expected - sadly, we have had excellent Calzone elsewhere. We ordered a mozzarella salad for our gluten-free guest which Proove made specially. Proove has a great range of gluten-free choice, however, everything gluten-free, even a salad, comes with a polite warning that it may not be 100% gluten free. We understand the need for the staff to ensure risk is managed, but it seemed over the top, so our guest decided not to go for the gluten-free pizza after all. Thank you to the staff at Proove for a really enjoyable evening.

   I ordered a takeaway with deliveroo and the piizza was overall quite nice and properly done the Neapolitan way. The garlic bread was an absolute mess and it was burnt in the middle so much so it crumbled when picked up. I had to eat the outer bits of the garlic bread which was actually quite nice so it was a shame the inside was ruined. Also there was no garlic bread + cheese option on deliveroo which was a disappointment.

   We ordered two pizzas and they were good. We enjoyed it very much. The only negative thing was that our table was downstairs and it felt a bit cold ( I was wearing a shirt, a jumper and a jacket)... This made the experience a little bit worse. But other than that, I recommend the pizzas and the staff was very nice :)
