   I waited nearly two hours for my delivery and had no idea what was happening because this shop doesn’t update its tracking. I called after an hour and 20 minutes and was told my order had been ready, but they had no drivers. I asked whether that meant my order would be cold, and they said they would “reheat it,” which didn’t exactly fill me with confidence. The order eventually arrived and was cold. You could tell it had been sitting for a while, so the pizza and side were ruined. I tried to reheat it, but this would have been the third time it had been cooked, so it obviously didn’t look great and I didn’t eat it. There’s no point calling them to complain, as Papa John’s is a nightmare to get a refund from, and I don’t fancy waiting for a redelivery. I’d avoid this store.

   I called to cancel my order since it had been 40+ mins and still showing as preparing to cook. After much back and forth they allowed me to cancel my order however I spoke to customer services who said they marked the order as 'delivered' and I have not received a refund or confirmation of cancellation. Unprofessional and deceitful practices.

   I had a wonderful experience at Papa John’s thanks to the amazing staff. The employee who served me name Harjot was extremely polite, professional, and quick with the order and gave me exactly the same taste pizza i wished for.You could really tell they care about customer satisfaction. The pizza was fresh, hot, and perfectly made. Great service like this truly makes a difference—highly recommend this place!

   Very unprofessional ‘restaurant’. Will charge you without delivering your pizza and not pick up the phone for hours, and you’ll have to wait ages to get it sorted. I’ve never ordered from them and not had something wrong with the order that you can’t even bring up. Absolutely AVOID and get something else. Place is a joke.

   Staff refused to refund my card after making the wrong pizza, I’ve tried to explain over the phone, he purposely put the phone down, when I came to collect the pizza, he was on his mobile phone, did not knowledge me for 5 minutes. Since all the attempts failed, I did asked to speak with the manager, so I could explain the issue. But he also refused to bring the manager… I felt treated by this employee, he was agressive and really rude, it all happened on Saturday 4th February at 15:20… really poor service…

   Pretty sure these guys are clairvoyant. We get a lot of deliveries from here which always means the delivery driver has to navigate ecclesall road gridlock every time. Despite this, the order always arrives insanely quickly. Do they sense my pizza cravings before I’ve even clicked ‘finish and pay’? Do they have some sort of secret pizza delivery drone to fly over eccy road’s permanent traffic exhibit? Have they constructed an intricate series of underground pathways from the shop to most major residential areas? Sarcasm aside, the pizzas are always [kisses fingers like an Italian chef] and the delivery is super rapido. Thanks for your continued service during the lazy and hungover in Sheffield x

   1: delivery: the delivery guy refused to enter the whole building complex and I had to walk around 10 minutes in the rain to get the order. His reason he will wait in double yellow! After walking, he was waiting anyway in double yellow. Had many uber deliveries before, never had such issues. 2: food: 1 year ago it was good , now the same pizza is terrible! I think the managers of this branch need to be fired!

   The worst Papa John's I've been to. Food was terrible, they forgot my drink, tried to explain to them over the phone but I got hung up on twice. Asked for a manager just to be told 'no', asked for my drink to be sent out just to be told 'no that would take long time' and asked for a refund and was told no to that as well. Don't waste your time when there's a perfectly good dominos down the road.

   Ridiculous. We waited an hour for our order, and when we checked the website, it said it had been delivered. I called and they said it would be there soon. After another 20 mins, it shows up missing half my order. When I tried to call back, I called over 10 times and they did not answer. Terrible service and I still do not have my food or my money.
