   The staff were friendly and made our family (including a disabled person and two toddlers) feel welcome and comfortable. The food was great. Shame about the fire alarm, but we appreciated the discount on the bill to make up for having to stand in the cold for 10 mins or so! We asked for a scoop of ice cream for our twins, and the staff thought to split it into two bowls for them without our having to ask, which was appreciated.

   Sorry to leave 1 star but really grumpy staff tonight, feel that the manager was not given the support that this place needs. Not once was there any semblance of warmth or a smile from the waiting team. Kitchen team seemed to be working their backsides off to no avail as their food was delivered with pure resentment to us the (paying) diners.

   Great menu, lots of options. I thought the food was just okay, but that's just me. I wasn't expecting extravagant dishes after all. My partner, however, really enjoyed everything he ordered. The atmosphere was quite nice and the staff was friendly. After reading the previous reviews, I was expecting a very slow dining experience, but that was not the case at all. Everything went smoothly and all in good time. It's not like it was a quiet evening either. Overall, we had a good experience here. Would come again to try different dishes.

   We had booked and the place has been very good. call me old but I'm a fan of places where music from the 80's is played. The starters have been very tasty: calamari, chicken legs and pizza doughs. Then we have ordered pizzas and pasta. In my case, I ordered a BBQ pizza and shared it with a friend who ordered a garlic prawns pizza. It's been delicious. I am giving it 4 stars because in my humble opinion we had to wait too long for the food. Nonetheless, I highly recommend it

   Definitely could have been a better experience this time. The manager mentioned when I went to pay that there was a robbery during our visit which is why there was poor service so assuming that is true I will not be too harsh. So after I had finished my starter and main (which I ordered, arrived and finished in about half an hour) I was waiting for someone to come over with the dessert menu. After about 40 minutes, I decided to go up and grab my own dessert menu and then waited another 20 minutes before going up to the waiter to ask if I could order dessert. They said yes I'll come over in a minute in which I then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to come over where they then took the order of the table next to me first and then proceeded to tell me that they only had two desserts for me to choose from, so there was no point for me waiting so long in the first place if they had mentioned that from the beginning and I could have left earlier. They explained that they were on their own (while the manager was sorting the robbery in the back) but surely even on your own I shouldn't have to wait an hour for a waiter to be able to get around to me. It's not like the restaurant was packed either. They just seemed to be prioritising the other half of the restaurant. 21/11/22 - Update: I went again today, after a graduation ceremony. I had a table booked for 4 at 12:30pm but got there a bit early at 12:10pm. Got seated very quickly though as they had only opened 40 minutes ago and there was one other table maybe two already in there. Food was great but it took so long to get everything. Ordered some Dough Balls Al Forno, Regular Dough Balls, Garlic Prawn Pizza and Tiramisu. All with a drink. Left the restaurant at about 2pm, and that was with prompts for the bill and where our food was etc. The people that served us were lovely, I'm not faulting their attitude at all but when it comes to serving us quickly it just wasn't good at all.

   Fantastic! Was able to book a table for 9 with 3 hours notice (due to being let down elsewhere), a tall order on a Saturday night but was told over the phone "we will squeeze you in". Meal was great, wide choice and very clear labelling of allergens on menu which was brilliant as we had a Gluten free meal needed in our party. The Service was excellent - the brunette woman who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and highly efficient. I was very impressed!

   Been here before and in my honest opinion, it's just ok. The pizzas look good but they could do with having deep pan pizzas because I was stillhubgry after I ate all of mine, and finished my friends garlic bread. It did take 15+ minutes before we had to usher someone so that we could take our order, but they were very accomodating. The price is ok pretty standard. They don't offer normal chips which is very weird and unfair on vegans because their version of chips all contain cheese. I don't think it's a restaurant I'll personally choose but not worth getting rid of entirely

   Delicious food as usual. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Always check glasses and cutlery for dirt and stains, second time I have had dirty utensils here
