Called them at 5.30 for a small order called them back at 7 still didn’t show up said it would be other 10 mints didn’t come till 8.30 when it did show up some of my order was missing and the other half was cold never again
Placed an order didn’t get what I ordered when I tried to query this, the worst customer experience ever as if it was my fault!!!
Pizzas and grilled meats are gorgeous. Rapid service too, every time. The chips used to be great too but now are absolutely gross- soggy, cold and withered every time without fail in the last year so makes an expensive take away not worth it.
We have had food now 3 times from Express Pizza, so time for a review. It has been very good all 3 times. The food is very tasty with massive portions on all the kebabs, and the pizzas are very good too. The large Donner and Chicken kebab would easily feed two people. All the orders have been collected and all the food was nice and hot, we never have food delivered so I cannot comment on that aspect of this takeaway.
Decent pizza at a decent price delivery can be a little slow on busy nights so I'd recommend collection unless you're happy to wait
Waited over an hour for my food which I dont really mind but when it finally turned up it was cold very poor service
Express pizza killamarsh was my go to takeaway since they opened, as was always descent food. Usually I’d spend around £30-40 to feed 2 adults and a 3 small kids.. tonight I got a 12 pizza, donner n chips and chips n popcorn chicken for £34.. think I’m gonna say goodbye to express as you are getting too expensive.
Always loved the pizzas and ordered for many years. However staff Hygiene levels today were very poor. Girl serving had no uniform, not even a apron just a vest top and shorts. She was eating and licking her fingers then serving my food without washing her dirty hands and false nails covered in mayo. Picking chips from the fryer and lining them up on the counter and just blatantly eating them in front of me. Discussing!!!!!! Covid is still around!!!! Will NOT be ordering again
