   Order food an 75mins before we needed it on a Friday evening, 90mins went by and we made a call. I didn’t understand the problem, but might have been a shortage of drivers. They couldn’t promise delivery for at least another 40mins. So we had to cancel the order. Poor communication.

   Havent had a papa John's in ages as they kept turning up cold. Today decided to try them again. On the order, it said its arrived. 10mins later the driver finally comes to the door, pizza just in a box, nothing to keep it warm, and if course its cold. Then can't get through to anyone to complain. Never again!

   Absolutely terrible placed an order for 2 pizzas. Was told the order was delivered but I had not received anything. Called the shop to be told wait 10 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager to be told he only starts at 11. Fast forward 25min cold pizza arrived. Spoke with the delivery guy who’s fault this was not, he said sorry he is the only driver and said the guy in the shop does not understand English and said the manager will call me in 10 minutes. Surprise no one called. I will never use them again and suggest you order from another pizza shop.

   Terrible service, charged me twice and say couldn’t refund me on my card or with cash, just gave me a handwritten paper with the amount and say i could pay with that. Please someone help me! I need to get my money back, don’t wanna go there ever again!

   Popped in yesterday, staff were lovely, took me through the offers so I got the best deal. Garden party puzza was very tasty, love the dough from here, so much better than their competitors, would recommend

   Papa Hans offered the best delivery service ever, the pizza was not the best however the service was impeccable & I would only order from Papa John if Papa Hans was to deliver it again. I cannot go into detail as to what made it so special, just know if you get Papa Hans delivering your pizza you’re in for a wild ride!

   Received cold/semi frozen cauli wings, called them and they issued a replacement which took 50 mins to arrive. When it finally did I checked the product on the doorstep and it was just as cold as the original. I passed both frozen portions back to the driver. I called the store again and was passed through to the manager who Christ knows how she got that job with her attitude she was very rude and informed me she boxed the replacement Up herself and there was no way it could be cold, which I advised the driver is still there when I checked the product So asked for a Refund on the cold product (not the whole order) and was hung up on. So safe to say no more orders coming to this store.
