   No stars here . Shame on you , sloppy mushrooms sloppy onions. Sloppy salad. There’s a theme here , why don’t these places try to cook , maybe once you could give something edible. I don’t want the world, just to eat something, overpriced for sure but I’d still go with that . Please close .

   Don't order kebabs. Served on a garlic bread base not pitta as advertised. Lamb chucks v chewy. Chips and cheese sauce always excellent and pizzas are OK.

   The food took just under an hour to be delivered. When it arrived it quickly became clear that it was poor quality. The pizza was stodgy, the crust barely edible and tepid was the best it could be described as. The lamb in the shish kebabs was tough and chewy and it must have been marinaded in water because it had very little taste. The naan bread supplied was like cardboard - it was rigid and completely inedible. We had ordered 2 kebabs, one medium and one large but the salad that came with the order was barely enough for the small one which means that the large kebab was basically £6.50 for some chewy chunks of lamb because that was all that could be eaten of the order. I ordered for my family and I as we had no food in the house after having driven for 8 hours back from Cornwall, we just wanted some food and what we got was tepid, bland and generally inedible. Hungryhouse went to the shop with my complaint and their reply was "No-one else has complained, it was late but freshly prepared so it was unlikely to be cold" and that what I got was "their style". So they admitted that the order was late but then say it was unlikely to be cold. Can't have it both ways! Either it was late and tepid or on time and hot. I'll probably never order through Hungryhouse again because of this experience and definitely will never order from Chatanooga again. The picture below shows what we threw away because it tasted so bad. We paid nearly £30 for some lamb chunks and a slice of appaling pizza!
