Really poor. Arrived barely warm and late via Uber eats and for what we paid was a huge disappointment. The salad for example was equivalent to a side salad and at over £5, I couldn't believe it. The rest of the meal was underwhelming too We definitely won't use this place again.
Took 2hrs to arrive. The phone line was down. The pizza was not only missing the basil, but was so wet I've never tried to eat a more disgusting mess in my life. Messaged restaurant with complaint, totally ignored 24hrs later. They had opportunity. AVOID!
After waiting for over 1hour and 20 minutes over the time it was supposed to be delivered, the food was slightly warm, tryed to ring them more than 6 times they had took phone of the hook, not very good customer service. When we complained to driver he said he gets this all the time, and offered us the bosses number, what was the point if it happens all the time. Will not be ordering from there again.
I have never had my order delivered in a reasonable time. Most recently after waiting 95 mins and being told my pizza was 45 mins old I was still no closer to actually getting my cold, stale pizza. No discount was offered or even considered. Order cancelled. Never use again.
Ordered a variety of pizzas and they were all delicious, freshly made and with authentic ingredients. The dough was very nice, napoletan style with a nice bite. We had a slight hiccup with our delivery initially as they were running late, but the manager rang to apologise and explain the situation and offered us a drink as a thank you for our patience. Will definitely recommend.
First time ordering from here and also the last. Let's get the positives out of the way first. Delivery driver was nice enough and the bread on the pizza base and calzone was delicious. Everything else was terrible. Meatballs didn't taste like beef. Garlic bread was dry and had hardly any cheese on. Calamari was vile and served in what looked like a dog tray. The lasagne just looked like slop when it arrived and was flavourless. Really poor.
Tried for the first time yesterday and was surprised how nice it was. Pizzas were amazing, Authentic Neapolitan style with really nice dough and sweet tomato base. Lasagna was also really good and was only £6. Food was hot as the guy brought it in a Styrofoam box and steam came out when he opened it, was fast too. Threw it in the oven regardless to make sure it was boiling hot. Chips were a bit soft so threw them in the oven and the pan to crisp them up, they were nice after doing this. A friend also enjoyed his chicken meal with creme as well. Definitely recommend, nice to have a new spot to go to near by!
