Domino’s on Aigburth Road is absolutely fantastic! The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently top-quality. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can really see how much they care about every single customer. No matter what the request is, they take it seriously and make sure everything is sorted perfectly. This is my favourite Domino’s — not just in the northwest, but probably in the whole of Liverpool. Highly recommended!

The ‘Go To’ for me when I want Pizza, is Domino’s! The tastiest bases and toppings, quality ingredients, and great additional sides, it’s a guarantee I need when making the fast food decision Everything these days is more expensive, but when I choose Domino’s, the chunk of change at least delivers satisfaction. Unlike the Burger Joints where it’s much less satisfaction for more dosh I love the app and delivery service, too! All together, the problem-free solution! “Go Domino’s! For a Wise Purchase!”

I had a great experience ordering from Domino’s! The service was excellent—friendly, professional, and efficient. My pizza was ready quickly, and everything was just as I ordered. It’s always a pleasure to receive fast and courteous service. Thank you to the team for making it such a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Will never order from this Domino's again called up 4 times checking if driver was lost as was taking a while (live 5mins away) and was told no he is on route, after 1hr 30mins was informed driver unable to find house and that they will make and send a new pizza, said not interested and asked for a refund they tried to give me a credit note told them don't bother want a refund as won't be using them again.

Abysmal customer service. Ordered a Texas BBQ on the app and the tracker showed it was out for delivery. 1 hour later I called the store asking where my food was. I was told that the delivery driver was quite busy - fine. Another hour passed and eventually the delivery driver arrived. The pizza was undercooked and absolutely freezing cold. Clearly had been in the drivers bag for 2 hours. I called the manager for a refund and was told I wouldn't get one because I'd accepted the order. Disgusting. Finally got a refund only after complaining to the customer service team. It's a disgrace that I can't get deliveries from the hunts cross store anymore as there food quality and service is 1000% better. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered the lunch time, takeaway special during half term. Upon arriving home, I was treated like a returning hero by my children. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely return.

They cannot make a proper garlic pizza bread. Plus their service is shockingly poor. The GPBs are half topped and poorly made. I’ve given them feedback so many times I’ve lost count. Just had to wait 50mins to get a correctly made one sent out (I love 30seconds from the store). They are not interested in customer’s feedback.

I ordered a half and half pizza for collection. It was half cheeseburger, half veggie volcano and very disappointing. Bland ingredients, there was no spice to the volcano side of it. Badly cut with one truly ridiculously sized slice. Will not be ordering again. I don't know what happened to Domino's but it has gone right downhill.
