   Visited as needed somewhere quick to have a meal. No issues with getting a table in the nice outside area of the restaurant. Didn’t get the servers name but an extremely friendly and attentive gentleman. Pizza was very nice - had the American hottest, as to be expected and arrived quickly. I am told the garlic prawn also very good! Would return again if in the area.

   The restaurant is amazing, dough balls were fabulous ! I never eat such a good thing in a restaurant, pesto and garlic butter were so fresh and delicious, full of flavour. Rebecca was our waitress she was so lovely, and very friendly, always somewhere near by if we needed any help or to answer any question. We are very impressed with her service, and with the rest of the staff and with quality of food and atmosphere in restaurant.

   Had a great meal here with my partner. We didn't book but were accommodated easily upon arriving. The building is lovely with great decor and everything felt well maintained and nice and clean. We didn't wait long for either of our courses and the staff were friendly and attentive. I can imagine it gets pretty busy here when there are events on at the arena but luckily there weren't any on whilst we visited! Would return here if we are in the area again.

   1st time visit on 27 June 2022 to Liverpool and Pizza Express in 16 Monarch Quay, L3 4FP with wife and son. Service from start by Michael on entry to Annabelle who served us was exceptional with a welcoming smile. They were very friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious from main course, drinks to dessert. They are an asset to the place who I recommend to anyone. Extremely enjoyable experience and we would visit again in future.

   I had the pleasure of taking a party of school children here for a ‘pizza party’. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. They adapted their usual approach which is geared for a younger age group, to talk to the teenagers about relevant topics linked to their exam. It gave them a positive taste of the real world of hospitality and catering and they all really enjoyed it! Plus, they made themselves a pizza for lunch! Fab! Thank you for a great morning!

   Lovely staff,very friendly manager. Staff member was unsure if we were going to be able to get a table due to how busy it was,but manager was able to fit us in. Drinks were abit of a let down but weren't overly expensive so wasn't worried. Food was absolutely gorgeous after a long day,came very quickly as well. Food tasted as close as you can get to Italian,for a British company. For how busy it was I'm very happy that the customer service was on point! Props to the team for coping on such a busy weekend. Whenever I come down to Liverpool again,I'll keep this pizza express in mind. Again,manager was lovely. (from the chap who was with his partner and baby in the aliens outfit from toy story and came from Bristol to Liverpool comic con)
