   Thankyou for such an enjoyable and delicious breakfast! It was my moms birthday so i booked in advance and mentioned in the booking notes to "make the meal special" and they really went above and beyond! Service was high standard from start to finish, very polite and friendly staff. We had the biscoff and bananna pancakes, vanilla chai and pistachio hot drink, They made a fuss of my mom by bringing out her meal with a sparkler and singing happy birthday which was very unexpected and to top it all off they very kindly removed my moms meal and drink off the bill so we had her meal for free!! Overall 10/10, again thankyou for taking the time out to make my moms birthday special!!

   I have been to Bills a number of times now. I am gluten free and all of the photos shared are of delicious gluten free food. Their gluten free menu and food is great. The service and atmosphere were a little loud and slow but understandable as it was very busy / popular. I would highly recommend their food especially for those who want to try a wide range of gluten free food - their menu is very diverse which is nice to see.

   Came to the restaurant for dinner tonight, and all the dishes tasted good. My mother really likes their chili sauce and wants to buy a bottle to take away, at first the waiter said initially said it doesn't for sell to the public, but after paying the bill, the warmhearted manager BOGDAN directly gave us a bottle and no charge for it! Really appreciated for his enthusiastic and generous service!

   Always a pleasure visiting a Bill's! Great food and a warm atmosphere with very friendly staff. This is the first time I had a full breakfast and it did not disappoint ... My only issue was that the waitress, despite how lovely she was did not get my substitute right and that I was also charged twice for the meal and had to try and get a hold of Bill's which was a long process to sort out. Always recommend Bill's and highly recommend visiting in the evening when as it looks so special!

   Really lovely to eat here today outside at the Bullring enjoying the buzz of the city before the start of the Commonwealth Games. Wonderful staff, lovely and clean restaurant, really delicious food, we had the eggs and avocado on sourdough, a simple dish yes but one that often in some restaurants is rushed and sometimes disappoints, not today here, this was a delight. Yes there is an opt out 12.5 % service charge but today this amounted to a tiny £3.26 of the bill, happy to pay this for the marvellous service

   Best Bill's I've been too! The atmosphere was lively, but quiet enough to talk across the table. The service was fantastic! Our waitress was extremely attentive, informative and hospitable. The food was great, the chicken breast was moist, the jus was beautiful and the fried chicken had a lovely crispy coating. Will definitely be visiting again.

   To be honest, I have never had a bad meal at any branch of Bill's, but I think this one was the best! We ordered off the Valentine's set menu and every dish we had was exceptionally and surprisingly delicious!! Would highly recommend!!

   Food was delicious. Service was good. We were found a table even though we hadn't booked and it was quite busy so we appreciated it very much. Sadly, I took a star off as I don't agree with having a service charge thrown onto a bill without being verbally told or asked. I am usually a very fair tipper however, I do feel people shouldn't be made to tip. We do not tip in other industries where staff earn the same/less than servers so we shouldn't have to tip when going to a restaurant. As I said I would've tipped anyway but I don't think it should just be expected of everyone. It should be a bonus to be tipped and it should reflect a good job being done. It shouldn't be regardless of how your server treats you.
