One of my favourite eateries in Birmingham and probably one of the first I visited when I moved to the city. They have a great veggie menu and the tofu dishes are amazing. Authentic food, great value, good portion sizes and delicious!

The food here was stunning! Fresh and tasty, and the serving size was huge. Service was excellent, and the food was on my table within ten minutes of placing the order. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the small outdoor seating area felt cozy and safe. The only thing to flag it's cash-only. There is a cash point around the corner so it wasn't a huge problem but for people like me that don't usually have cash on them, it's something to be aware of.

Although the dishes in the restaurant are Vietnamese, they are all similar to fusion dishes in terms of price and taste. If you are looking for the taste of traditional moonlight, I think this may not be suitable for you, but aside from this, the overall taste is good, but the price-performance ratio is not compromised.

Haven't been back here for a while and it's great that this place is still as good as I remember it to be. The papaya salad was so good and perfect for a hot summer's day. Always love their steamed rolls. Good portion size and friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend. Cash only.

Myself and my family have been coming here for years since they had the large restaurant by the markets. The food has always been of a high standard. They have fresh and tasty dishes. My favourite being the squid fried rice and my daughter absolutely loves their Oreo milkshakes!

Amazing food at CafΓ© Soya, I’ve shared the receipt of what we got and the total price. I’d definitely go again. Really good range of vegan/vegetarian food! I’ll be trying more of their range soon! Downsides, you can’t book a table and it is cash only, because I find it a bit worrying to have Β£60 in cash on me walking around Birmingham at night, maybe it’s silly of me but oh well!

We dined on a Saturday night at around 8pm. They were quite busy but we were still welcomed in and accommodated for. Menus were given promptly and our drinks orders were taken straight away. We ordered veg steam rolls, pan fried vegetable gyozas and tom yum soup for starters. They were really nice and flavourful, however the gyozas looked more deep fried than pan fried. For mains we got veggie chicken noodle soup, pineapple fried rice and and mild curry with rice. The pineapple fried rice was nice, however again it was quite oily and the oil lingered on your tongue which wasn’t too pleasant. The curry was good, quite average however we had to order rice separately.. we were under the assumption it came with rice. The noodle soup was really nice, paid Β£1 extra for tom yum flavour.. it was a massive bowl filled with tons of veggies and noodles.. enough to feed 2/3 people. Overall, was a nice restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, something for everyone. Portions are huge, you get what you pay for. Just the minus 1 star as I think the overall taste was just okay, nothing special. I would return again.

Stopped here for some dinner prior to going out for the evening. The service is quick and efficient and food was freshly cooked and tasty. It's a casual dining place so has more of a cafe feel to it. Just be aware that dishes come out at different times as soon as they are cooked, so you may not all start eating at the same time. It's also cash only but there is a cashpoint nearby (Natwest in centre of Arcadian).

Love this place so much. As a veggie I've been going here for years it's our place to eat in Birmingham. Here we have Tofu with red Thai curry amazing & the tofu is cooked to perfection not snotty at all. And then mock duck pancakes always good. Thank you Cafe Soya for being constantly good.

What a great place to visit for a vegetarian! They have so many options that do not contain meat and they're very delicious too! The prices are good and the place itself is cozy, but gets very busy and tables are quite close to each other so be aware of that. Nonetheless I would really recommend it!
