   I placed an order during this Restaurants opening hours. When most of my order did not turn up and was missing, it took me over 15 tries to ring this restaurant up just to try to talk to someone to try and resolve the situation. Not only was the person on the other side of the phone was rude and refused to help, it left me out of pocket and without food in which I purchased. I would absolutely NOT recommend ordering from here, as not only was the food that arrived was cold, dry and overpriced, but when they had clearly made an error with delivering the food they refused to assist with resolving the problem they caused and were quite frankly rude & disgusting over the phone. There are many other chippys in Liverpool with much greater food quality and customer service, please do not resort to ordering from this takeaway shop as I assure you you will be left dissatisfied and underwhelmed. I will not be ordering from here again and I will be pursuing a refund on my order as it is disgusting that this restaurant believes it is acceptable to not deliver on what a customer has paid for.

   Staff seem sound but the food wasn't up to much, got a chicken swarma and the chicken didn't feel right it was too soft and tasted weird. It was drowning in grease dripping all over me and my car. It got every where. Fries were soft and soggy. Wouldn't try it again .

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Terrible place ordered food from here and it never showed up no way of contacting the restaurant as the phone line said they were full of messages didn’t get my money back for £20 worth of food.

   I've had to right a reply whilst I eat the food its that bad, don't order from here had to wait nearly an hour for cold food I got a chicken burgur I asked for all salad and mayo and they put mince sause in it! I'm not having a Sunday roast will never get from here again

   DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Ordered food after a night out, thought it was only going to take 25 minutes because that’s what it said on Just Eat. Food arrives 45 MINUTES LATE and I was also met with a very rude man who practically chucked my food bag at me. Went back inside and went to eat and the food was stone cold. I ate it anyways as I hadn’t had anything that previous day but woke up the next morning feeling super dodgy. Turns out, THEY DON’T EVEN COOK THEIR FOOD PROPERLY! So now I’m dealing with food poisoning and it’s very painful. Very unprofessional business, waste of your money and you should close your shop down immediately :)

   refused to refund my brother despite having to throw out most of the food after finding a hair in it during the covid pandemic, very stingy and classless. didn't know refunding 6 pounds would be so damaging to the restaurant.
