   Really enjoyed my meal here this week. The food was lovely, lots to choose from on the menu and well illustrated. We came as a work party, one of my colleagues is currently receiving cancer treatment and we were reseated when she expressed that she was susceptible to the cold and felt uncomfortable sitting by the door. The service was great, I would like to personally recognise 'Amy E' for taking the time to ensure our order was correct, and her patience while we faffed about trying to split the bill between the 7 of us. I had the Pollo Della Casa, which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing - so great to go for an Italian that isnt decimated by garlic overload! For dessert I had the Chocolate Caramello Sundae which was a chocolate lovers dream! Thank you for a great meal x

   A lively, and pleasant atmosphere in this large restaurant. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our dishes were extremely good, well presented and perfect in size/quantity. There was a large menu choice with a Christmas themed special menu. Overall a delightful evening meal before going to see a show at the city hall.

   Came for sunday tea and was very disappointed to say the least. Service was okay was quite shocked to see no waitress return to check back on starters or mains throughout the meal, after we had ordered we were forgotten about no return for a drinks order. The pasta was extremely chewy , as a vegetarian there is limited options already for what food i am able to eat so when it arrives poor quality it’s disheartening. I am aware there is a new menu and style with the pasta however this was completely unacceptable and disappointing giving the price I am paying. My friends food arrived cold ending up with barely being able to enjoy the food as it wasn’t up to standard. Overall, I would not be returning.

   Shout out to Amy C. She always makes our experience at zizzi very pleasant and comfortable. She keeps checking if we need anything, and she's fast. When I'm coming into the restaurant I scan the place looking for her hoping she's there coz she's very welcoming and treats everyone equally. I'm saying that because I have a bad experience with another old lady at this restaurant, and when I see her I leave immediately because she is discriminating and I had a few bad experiences with her. Apart from that, your food is amazing and we tried many places but we always regret cheating on zizzi. My favourite is pinoli pizza and fonduta. Your desserts are also brilliant. Best of luck.

   Went on a Thursday with my 11yr old daughter. We used the main menu as I could used my blue light discount 30% off. It came to £42.00 and we both had a 3 course meal for food only. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere. Very calm. We had a mocktail/cocktail which put the bill up to £61.00 but I feel that is very good value as we both had adult meals.

   Really nice place. I’ve been a lot over the years and it’s always been good. Sometimes can be a bit slow with service but not usually too bad. Pizza and cocktails are really nice. Tried the bruschetta for the first time today- it was good but neither of us were a big fan of the sun dried tomatos on it. Good vegetarian options!

   Amazing atmosphere staff were polite and friendly I have the pasta carbonara witch was amazing the garlic bread was yummy and my partner had the lasagna with a side of sweet potato fries and she really enjoyed it. For pudding we got a chocolate melt and a sticky toffee cheese cake and wow both were amazing loved them would definitely come back again.

   Went here for a massive social, and tried about 6 different pizzas. Loved most of the pizzas, the Garlic bread was pretty darn delicious too. I wasn’t a fan of the Vegan/Gluten free one at all but it’s an option they do provide if it meets your dietary restrictions. There was a good variety and the crust is one of the best in Sheffield city centre. Tried the Signature dessert as well, it was good but somewhat pricey. Overall decent experience.

   Really liked my meal here. I'm gluten-free and they have a great range of gluten free food. I had the Bolognese chips for starter and a spicy sausage and potato pizza for main which was divine. My partner didn't like her starter though which was the calamari - she found it too dry, but she generally enjoyed her main. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal.

   Nice food and alright prices. But way too slow service. We came as a party of 10, first orders were not too bad, but then when one of us ordered another beer, he had to wait literally 20 minutes for it. We were about to order deserts but with such slow service and nobody approaching us at all we gave up, as had some plans later and decided we had no hope to get the desserts in any reasonable time. And the place was practically empty, with just several tables taken..
