Been going to this place for years since they opened and continued even with the change of ownership. Food has arrived later than expected but never had an issue until I placed a £40 order on 25th October which consisted of a munchie box and one large kebab and it took 1 hour 50 minutes to arrive. I called twice and they apologised told me 10 mins and said they have remade the food as they had an incident then when the food finally arrived it was ice cold. Called them and they told me to either have a free meal next time (they can’t make notes to stick to this) or request a refund through the app, which I did and still yet to receive this. The shop accepted the refund and have blocked me from ordering again saying “too many complaints have been made” yet this was the first ever complaint and refund I made in the years I have been going. Live chat lady even said its the first time i’ve complained (attached screenshots) Avoid at all costs. Staff are very rude and clearly have no morals and don’t like being told they are wrong even the once.

Don't ever order from this place, they are rude and when you order the food it takes ages to arrive and it's freezing cold we waited over an hour when it arrived it was cold

Don’t go here they rip you off and when you call to complain they fob you off and laugh down the phone. Food was cold and rubbish and they also txt me one price and charge me another price at the door…fuming

I would love to be able to write a report worse than this but I don’t think it’s possible. We were told after 3 telephone conversations it was 2 41 pizza. On arrival we received 2 pizzas which I can only describe as disgusting. When we called to complain, not only did the owner laugh down the phone we were also overcharged. Stay away!!

Food is disgusting, also excessive loud music from delivery drivers and shop its self, no respect for any of the local neighbours, called up 4 months ago about music and it went quiet for 4 nights. Ever since it has been base and LOUD music night after night, with young children in bed, can hear base from 3 story building. When confronted, the man who owned the shop looked and said "what music" while his 2 delivery drivers sat in their cars blasting out non English music having a ball. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful. My wife is pregnant and has to deal with this non stop while I work.

The portions are so generous! Love their chips (fries really) and kebab is nice too. I’m a New Yorker so I have high standards for pizza so can’t give them 5 stars here... tried another pizza place in the area and Capizzi is better. Order online for discount.

Brilliant food, friendly staff, amazing value for money. Treat loyal customers brilliantly. 2 pizzas for 9.99. my partner loves the kebab meat from here as it isn't dripping with grease. Just a generally great takeaway. Wouldnt go anywhere else now!
