My pizza wasn't great, but the excellent customer service and general atmosphere in the restaurant made for a positive experience.
We had an excellent experience at Pizza Express thanks to our waiter, Gino. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish — taking the time to explain the current offers clearly and giving great recommendations on pizzas. His friendly attitude and genuine effort to make sure we enjoyed our meal really stood out.
we came to eat lasagna, pizza, was so delicious, also the garlic bread! Really good service, the place was full, but the service still good. If you come to do some shopping, you can just pop in to eat a delicious pizza.
Tonight was a last minute pit stop for us after a day at the zoo. We came in with intentions of feeding little one and thought we had another bottle spare but we didn’t. Our server Hannah was a star, she offered to rinse a bottle out for us and sterilise it under boiling water as well as then filling it for another feed. It’s the little things like this that mean the world as not everyone is as kind to offer. No judgement, very polite and made us feel extremely welcome. If we lived closer we would definitely be back. Thank you! ☺️
We were welcomed at Cheshire Oaks by Allie who was fantastic, from start to finish she didn't stop. making sure all guest were happy and catered for and was very engaging with everyone and cleaning tables as she went about with her jobs all with a smile definitely a can do attitude. She told us about the app and helped us work it out. The food was fast and very good we will be back. thanks Allie for making it enjoyable.x
We visited the stunning Pizza Expesso in Cheshire oaks after a hard day's graft whilst walking on the longest walk in the history of human existence, there we were greeted by awesome staff, who offered us, not just nutritious pizza, but hope that there is still something worth fighting for in this wretched world- 5 stars
I’ve just come out from eating here and it was such a wonderful experience. We regularly dine at different Pizza express’ as it’s my daughters favourite. At last minute I asked to add on an extra guest and I could see it was busy. I didn’t want to trouble them but the manager Chased me down the street to say they could actually do it! So that was the first 10 points :)))) Then our waiter Stephen was super attentive and we wanted for nothing. His personality is as brilliant .. accommodating without being overbearing… and he laugh at all my jokes! 20 more points!!! We will return… the food was .. as always EPIC!! Thank you to all the team .. I am not in any way affiliated to Stephen, the lovely manageress or pizza express in any way !!! I’m just a huge fan Love from Kimmy and Lucia and family xxxxx
This is my third or fourth visit to this Pizza Express and the service is not the best. Very slow and today wasn't even busy. The food was good but the staff - although mainly friendly- tend to ignore things that they should do something about. For example, a group of adults and kids came in. The adults promptly put themselves on one table and put all the kids -who were mainly little- on a table next to us.The kids were really shouting and being extremely unruly (while their parents ignored them) and the staff did absolutely nothing. There is just a lack of customer service skills, really.
Enjoyed lunch with the family. Friendly and helpful service providing us with 2 high chairs and a good spot that meant we could tuck the double buggy away in a corner. Food was lovely. Children's menu good value.
We stopped here for lunch while shopping in Cheshire Oaks. Nice pizzeria, with big space and polite staff. We ordered pizza, pasta and pizza balls. Everything was very nice, even got one extra pizza because the first one they made wasn't perfect and they wanted my son to experience their perfect product. They have bonus star from me for this.
