Loved this restaurant, definitely one of my favourite food spots of 2025! It’s the perfect place for sharing. We ordered lots of small plates and everything we tried was excellent. My favourites were the burrata and the nduja and fennel sausage pasta. The staff were really helpful when it came to deciding how much to order and weren’t pushy at all; they actually suggested sticking with what we had and ordering more later if needed, which I really appreciated, it felt very genuine

Arguably the best italian in Liverpool. A very quirky tapas style italian. We ordered the fried gnocchi which was superb and then the cheesy garlic bread, chicken milanese and the ox cheek lasagne which was the best lasagne we have ever had. Completely unbelievable. Would highly recommend although do book as it is very popular!

We didn't have a booking and they were very accommodating. Wasn't sure what to expect because the menu is different to traditional Italian or Spanish places. It's a mix of both. The food was excellent but the service was a little slow due to it being very busy. The lasagne was divine!

Loved my visit to Bacaro. The black pudding with chicken liver was the highlight - so rich and flavourful. Goats’ cheese pearls were excellent too. Great vibe and friendly service - would definitely recommend.

Absolutely lovely restaurant. Me and hubby had our 3rd anniversary meal here yesterday. It was our first visit to Liverpool and we picked a restaurant close to our hotel. So glad we booked, from the start the staff were attentive and friendly. Had a little note to mark our anniversary, free glass of frizz. Food was lovely, loved the favours. Staff advised us from the start, food came out at different times, which we loved. It has a tapas feel to it. We will definitely be coming back when we visit Liverpool again.

Superb. Our food was delightful, the service was the best we've experienced. Just the right level of attention without 'fussing'. The staff were really accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Did I mention we loved the food? They also have an excellent gluten-free menu. We'll be coming back to Liverpool soon just to eat here!

Often difficult to book in the evening, so worth trying for lunch. Walked in on Saturday, seated immediately, and was served by a great waiter. Food was delicious, especially the smoked trout and Seabass, always good on their pizzettes too.

Service, atmosphere, food, drinks, all absolutely top class. We went for our first wedding anniversary and they made it one to remember. 11/10.

We had an amazing dinner here. Had a seat at the bar and were served by Brainard who was brilliant. Great service and great recommendations from him. He also made us some very good cocktails called Fiorente Fizz. So refreshing! Everything we ordered tasted great. Felt the croquette was a tiny bit dry, some sauce with it would have been nice but flavour was still good. Would order everything else again. Will definitely come here again next time we’re in Liverpool.
