The food is semi-prepared, and the kitchen just pours boiling water over your noodles. The dessert is the size of a kitten's portion. The toilet is dirty, there is no hot water or liquid soap. You expect something completely different from Japanese cuisine. I'm glad I didn't order their ramen. I understand that this place is designed for tourists who love Japanese cuisine and saw this establishment. I won't be coming back here again.

The food isn’t as authentic Japanese as more independent places and the whole place feels this way too. Satisfactory for a quick stop if you fancy something Japanese, quick service and loss fuss, but don’t expect much from the authenticity or taste. Does a job rather than getting a McDonald’s. Service was very fast and the staff member on the shop floor was welcoming. Found a piece of plastic packaging in my broth as I put it into my mouth, so please watch out!

Genuinely the worst of this kind of food I've had in the UK. The duck steamed bun was so dry and leathery I had 2 bites and left it. And the chicken teriyaki was lukewarm and gristly. Genuinely had a couple of mouthfuls of each and had to leave them. Really dissapointed but just seemed a bit like processed fast food dolled up as healthy

I recently dined at itsu restaurant, and the overall experience was a mixed bag. The ambience was delightful, creating a pleasant atmosphere for the meal. However, I found the portion sizes to be a bit lacking, leaving me wanting more. The taste of the sushi was decent, but it didn't quite reach the level of excellence I was hoping for. While the ambiance contributed positively to the dining experience, improvements in portion size and flavor could elevate the overall satisfaction.

I wanted to have sushi for some time now and it totally ruined it for me. Not at all tasty and it didn't feel fresh.

A good place to buy a reasonably priced lunch which is healthier than most other fast food. The staff are friendly and the food is ready very quickly. Ordering kiosks have no obvious accessibility features, which would be an improvement.

The place is clean and the staff are nice but I’m sorry the chicken noodle soup is horrible.. transparent noodles that were like eating plastic. Felt deflated and unsatisfied spending £4.69 on a tasteless soup. Ive had better pot noodles.

Dined in with my wife in the evening to get something to eat before going home. I tried the Korean BBQ chicken rice bowl which I found to be very tasty. The tables had some useful straps with clips to hold shopping bags etc under the table.
