   I order food from here sometimes and usually everything is good, but today the food arrived and the fries were terrible, burnt and tasted like old oil :(

   Called twice to ask if the chicken burger was made of the actual chicken breast piece or chicken mince(nugget style) and was told on both occasions it was proper chicken not the mince. The lady said it is good quality chicken. I received a very bad minced chicken meat patty expecting real chicken breast piece. The bun was not fresh and tearing apart. Cheesy chps were good. Pizza was okay but had a dominant oregano taste. People on the phone were nice and kind. But chicken burger is a definite no.

   I can and will never disregard their food, but the prices are well overpriced. The food is at least £2 dearer than anyone else in Newark on most things. A special kebab, £17. It's only £12 down the road and it's just as good, if not better. It's just far too expensive. Maybe look at other places in Newark and base your prices of them instead of trying to rob people for basically a bog standard takeaway

   Absolutely DISGUSTING food! Meat full of veins and thick chunks. Staff not helpful at all. Always ordered food with a lovely men today he wasn’t there but a horrible woman arguing on the phone even though she did tell my husband a wrong order! When tried resolve a problem and order a new one she hanged up the phone ! The food is disgusting and they call a salad cabbage and half of onion chucked in!

   Absoluteley the best place for kebab and lovely fresh salad. The staff are always very attentive and delivery has always been well before the estimated time and is always lovely and hot. Highly recommend this place for your next takeaway.
