   Not open 24 hours so why plaster signs saying “Morrisons daily open 24 hours” when it is only the petrol station which is not Morrisons!

   It's not the nice friendly place with the family atmosphere that it once had. It used to be a lovely friendly supermarket with lot's of bargains to be had when Old Mr Morrison had it before it was passed to his son. Now someone else has it and it's totally changed. Not a very pleasant experience at all.

   The garage itself is fine and the staff are usually friendly however my last experience there was very uncomfortable. I visited for petrol on 24 Sept in the evening and the staff member who was serving me was lovely. For then another staff member to walk in and start having a go at people. It was a woman in her late 50s with long grey hair. Im assuming she's the manager (although her management skills had a lot to be desired). She was stood on the shop floor in front of customers accusing one her staff at the till for ignoring her on WhatsApp. When the staff member said she didn't have WhatsApp the manager (im assuming she is) started belittling her in front of the customers and really talking down to her and calling her a liar. It wad extremely uncomfortable to watch and made me want to leave the shop! I understand as a manager sometimes conversations like that need to happen, however there's a correct way to speak to staff and the way she did it was definitely bullying! Also if you want a word with your staff, take them in the back! Don't do it in front of the customers that staff member then has to serve as its extremely embarrassing for her! I dont know about further staff training but further management training is definitely needed!!!
