   As it is Christmas week it was super busy, However the Staff were really really helpful in assisting me finding what i needed. Nothing was too much trouble and i left feeling so happy. THANK YOU STAFF OF SAINSBURYS !!

   So I used to think this place you could rely on but no more. I go in the store yesterday Wednesday afternoon about three it’s pretty quiet. I grab a few bits I have to get though a jar of Bernaise sauce I find the sauces. There is a lady replenishing the shelves Using a small car in the middle of the aisle and she is them positions between the cart and the sauces. I tried to look for the bernaise sauce What is I can’t see it? I decide to ask. Instead of helping me the lady takes a quick glance and says this is all we’ve got. And carries on with her shelves. I spend two or three minutes looking, which is hard because she constantly moving in the way, but luckily I’m looking for What happened to helping people? After 25 years of shopping there I think I’ll try elsewhere

   several months ago I visited Sainsburys Northwich. The time was around 7.30pm. I have shopped at this store since the 1980s when this store opened spending lately over £100 each week. When I went to pay for my shopping I found there was nobody at the tills. I asked an assistant on the self serve if anybody was serving ? She replies that she would try and get somebody to serve me. I waited quite a while and a young male assistant arrived he had a hi vis jacket that he had to remove first. He explained he was collecting trolleys. I asked if they were short staffed. He replied " No , we only man the tills after 7pm if requested as we have other jobs to do. I then went to customer services to ask if a manager was available as I thought it important to leave feedback. A young lady was the manager this evening called Nicky. I explained that some people still required serving with their shop. She was very abrupt and said that there were other ways of paying for my shop other than being served {self serve). She then walked off saying in a very sarcastic voice "Have a nice evening .Since this time I have not visited this store until last night. I thought I would give it another go. Although the store was virtually empty there was a long queue at just one checkout and ALL the customers were talking about their dissatisfaction many saying that Sainsburys had now become very ageist. It used to be a very busy store but as the takings will show it is no more.Some people like to be served especially when paying premium prices.

   Today i visited the Northwich branch and went to get a fresh chicken unfortunately the whole of that area up to the steaks was absolutely dirty . I did speak to a member of the staff filling that section and pointed out the blood on the shelfs. In to which his reply was that they got cleaned amonth ago. Disappointed that he carried on filling on top of the mess.

   I love shopping here, The aisles are all well presented, you can find things that other supermarkets don't stock. They even have a Lindt chocolate pick and mix!

   Terrible place to shop only three manned tills not everyone wants to use self service. Guy on till would have beaten eric clapton for the title Slowhand. Also he needed glasses. Why do supermarkets think we want to use self service tills. I would want paying to put a £100 shop through the self service till.

   Just what you'd expect of a grocery store. It is always clean and tidy with friendly, helpful staff. Not a fan of their freshly baked bread section, I find their selection very basic and sometimes over baked.. but that's just my opinion. They have good fresh produce. Can usually always get what you go in for. Staff have always been helpful whenever I've asked for help.

   Hot counter staff really friendly when I go and get my lunch nearly every day! Especially Kirsty (hope I've remembered her name right!) who's got to know what my favourite items are (gammon shank usually lol). Checkout staff are always really friendly too.
