Do not order from this restaurant! I wish I read the reviews before placing my order on Uber eats. Plsced an order 17.15 was told arrival would be 17.35. 17.35 came no order. Rang restaurant who confirmed they were open so assumed maybe app was lagging. It's now 18.25 and still no order and they have taken their phone off hook so constantly engaged tone. I will not pay for a delivery that is over 45 mins late and will take this up with Uber. What an absolute joke of a place. Only ordered from here as my favourite Wei Dao is closed

Actually so confused about the bad reviews. I ordered before looking at them - saw the bad reviews as food was en route and had a bit of a panic. The food was hot upon arrival, flavoursome and didnt inflict any sort of food poisoning- and I have a VERY weak stomach when it comes to food related illnesses. Again, flabbergasted at the bad reviews- 10/10 would order again!

Do not order from this place. I went in to get food yesterday, and it was ready in under 10 minutes—which should’ve been my first red flag. £20 completely wasted. I ended up vomiting, and now I have diarrhea. They serve three different cuisines, which is never a good sign. The salt and pepper wings was curried wings, not salt and pepper at all. The beef Pad Kee Mao was disgusting—the beef tasted old and not fresh. Honestly, I’m surprised this place is still open. The sushi was the only thing I could eat without getting sick; everything else made me feel awful immediately.

The people on the phone are rude, they sent me food in a damaged container then my daughter also choked on a piece of plastic from the food. I’ve gone to eat the food only to find out that the vegetables tasted funny they had gone off. Spat it out and you can smell the rottenness of the vegetables. I FEED THAT TO MY CHILDREN!!!!!!! Sick sick people, then shouted at me saying I must have done something to the food and laughed when I got upset that my children ate it before i did … disgusting, shame on you Update … went to the store to speak about the rotten food and the monsters attacked my partner. 20vrs1 classic ….

Absolutely delicious Chinese food! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I especially loved the [name of dish, e.g., sweet and sour chicken or dumplings]. Great value for the price — I’ll definitely be coming back!”

Just had a takeaway from Taya Oriental. We ordered it and within minutes it arrived. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was loaded with chicken and the chilli beef was delicious. Chicken chow mien was lovely too. Certainly not the cheapest around but really lovely food and not greasy at all. Loved it.

Hi,the food was not bad, just got one of the starters swapped with something else. Guys it is expensive enough not to make mistakes like that. And rice crackers aren't free anymore unless you spent over £30. Well how's that working out for you? I'm sick at home, can't cook. I'm not accounting the ice cream. So £35 for soup, some silly dumplings instead of ribs, duck spring rolls and beef egg noodle. Looking at the amount of food (not great), the ingredients... I'm a single guy on nearly £3K/month and I don't think this is gonna be a regular thing. A specially if there aren't humble enough or shall we say, arrogant enough to make mistakes and send out different food. How can you effort that?

Have ordered from here many times and not had many problems aside from an occasional missed item or incorrect item. Ordered a takeaway today and quite clearly stated what we wanted over the phone. He didn't say how much it would be, we turned up and paid and came back to find a missing item. We added up our items from the menu that they had given us when we picked it up, and we realised that either we had been overcharged for a missed item or that we had received a minimal discount and they had forgotten an item. Called the restaurant to let them know and the manager couldn't explain what had happened, suggesting that all of the menu prices had changed (so the menu they had given us 5 minutes prior was incorrect and out of date) and he refused to give us our item. He was threatening and rude, and it's the most shocking customer service I have received for a long time, which is disappointing considering we are regular customers. Will not be going here again as they are expensive and apparently pretty rude, and would advise you to steer clear also.

It is 'do it all' sushi and oriental place. Service is actually pretty good (ordering take away), quite quick turn around, but the quality of food below average. I guess it kind of matches the price. It is not overly priced, but still the quality of food lets this place down. It seems that locals love it, so it has its own following.
