Went 21/12/25 10am. Seated quickly and Sophie's customer service was excellent, nothing seemed to much trouble. Well done Sophie. Credit to TGI, as customer service is what I deal with all day Breakfast was good. Will be back.
Had a great experience at TGI Fridays today! I ordered the beef tortillas, pasta and fries everything was delicious. Our server Sophie was amazing, so friendly and attentive. It was my birthday and the team made it really special with a free cake, a cute balloon hat and a fun birthday song! Great atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend!
Called in for an early dinner with friends in October 2025, as first-time visitors, en route to Manchester for a gig. A good sized carpark outside helped, and on arrival the place was clean and nicely laid out, and although many tables were taken there seemed a good amount of space between people and it wasn’t too loud. We were allocated an ideal table slightly out of the way, which was appreciated. Staff were polite and attentive throughout, and although we were slow to order we didn’t feel rushed at any point. Our waitress was very friendly, happy to answer questions and make some excellent recommendations. We had a voucher meal deal, and the menu offered a really good choice and there were several things each of us would have had. I went for the chicken strips to start (although more like ‘bites’ than ‘strips’ if I’m being pedantic) and the burger for the main (really good), with the long island ice tea cocktail (perfectly strong!). All portion sizes were good, well cooked and presented. Would recommend, and would go again if in the area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The menu was straightforward and easy to navigate, and our food arrived swiftly. The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. A standout bonus was the ‘Kids Eat Free’ offer available through the TGI Fridays app, which saved us £15 on our bill—a great deal for families. Overall, a top-notch dining experience with excellent service, tasty food, and great value. We’ll definitely be back again without hesitation!
Great service from Kate. The Sam Adams Wicked Hazy lager is excellent. Wife had the blue cheese cob salad which she liked. I had the inferno double stacked burger. I was really disappointed as it wasn't even slightly spicy...so was a decent quality cheeseburger with no great additional flavours...I might has well as gone for the cheeper, basic burger meal. Great service & beer.food was pricey...and...meh!
Brilliant experience today! It was mine and my son's birthday today and we visited with our family. The food was AMAZING, and our server Rachel was incredible! We got the birthday song sang to us and it was such a good experience all round! Great food and fast friendly service - will definitely visit again soon!
Tasy American style food. The portions are very good too. We were looked after by Beth who regularly checked up on us and made us feel welcome. If you're shopping nearby, It's worth walking over from the outlet mall to here where there wasn't a wait to get in, whereas you will find all the restaurants within the mall will have queues outside of them.
