   One of the finest Thai food around Birmingham City Centre, this place does the best and authentic of Thai dishes with the taste remind us of streets of Thailand From their amazing pan fried noodles to the best of soups, we loved it all. Not to be missed their Thai chicken curry

   The food was absolutely amazing. I have to say, too good. I had the pad Thai and pad sew ew. Two different flavours, both were equally delicious. We went on a Sunday and it was kind of busy, we had to wait a bit for the noodles. I would say worth the wait. Imalsham the manager was extremely kind and friendly, he informed us about it while we placed an order. Overall, what a great experience.

   As a Montréaler living in the UK, I was shocked and overjoyed to find my local Thai Express had made it across the pond! Thai Express is very nostalgic, one of my favourite and one of the most popular food court options back home. And the food hasn't changed - delicious big portions for a good price. However one big change is the speed of the food. Back home as the busiest restaurant in a food court, Thai Express are among the fastest, churning out delicious food at a staggering pace. By comparison I often have to wait over 20 minutes for my food here. It's worth the wait but makes it really challenging on a short lunch break. In fact I've had it delivered only across the road a few times just to save the time I would usually spend waiting. Also it's a shame that sweet chili sauce packets don't come free with spring rolls (which are not cheap but still good). So whilst I am very grateful for the excellent migration of possibly my favourite food chain, it would be great if it could be a more timely option. Maybe the staff should have a paid trip to Montréal to learn from the best! But ultimately if you haven't tried it already, you won't be disappointed. Maybe New Street's best kept food secret! I personally recommend the pad see ew!

   Got my food, which was a general thai and stiff fry sweett and sour beef, staffs handed it very quickly, everything went super sonic. Great service overall!

   My friend and I went in for a quick bit to eat. There was already two customers eating. The two staff got our orders wrong. My order didn't arrive in full. Asked for a refund on the missing items (Sping rolls). I got a full refund but then was charged for the noodles. Refunds take 3working days to clear My friend asked for noodles she was given rice. The extra toppings ie crushed nuts was empty on the station. The staff was just there dossing around. The noodles where Hard and only 4 prawns in the entire dish. (Both orders) id hate to see this restaurant at full capacity. They can't get two orders correct or make all items to arrive at the same time. Waste of money and still waiting for my refund to clear. I would NOT recommend.
