    Wonderful customer service. Lloyd was friendly and clearly good at his job. I will be revisiting Pork and Pickle every time I fly from terminal 3!

    I hate being a grinch but seriously when are we going to stop accepting just being ripped off in Airports! Β£3.05 for a PG Tips Tea bag in Hot water then make it yourself Β£2.35 for a cold croissant that I honestly think are packet croissants from Tesco, they appear to be in a warmer but stone cold. Nearly Β£20 for 2 Teas, 1 Water and 3 sub standard pastries. It’s really got to stop!

    Dire. On arrival, I was informed that payment was by card only. (probably illegal, legal tender anyone?) There was no attempt to advertise this. I had UK change I wanted to off load. Having paid, by card, I was informed that the item I had ordered was not available, the items in the 'fridge were different from the description, and the items advertised were not in fact available. I settled for 2 sausage rolls, lots of roll (cheap) and very little sausage (not so cheap). My diet coke was served lukewarm. The callow youth who served me was wearing a shirt in need of both washing and ironing. The name Callum appeared on the receipt.

    Absolutely appalling customer service ..both the server need customer service training ...I queued to spend my ryanair vouchers as delayed..man I'm front queued to order bap and coffee scanned his delay voucher went to pay refused cash... he explained no signs up anywhere. I then interjected offered to pay on my card and he gave me the cash....then they tried to charge me for crisps when had vouchers..manager was agresive and said he didnt care if we complained. ..just awful people taking probably a good company down...

    Bacon bap cooked on a panini grill, looked like a McMuffin had been run over and tasted like the tyre that did the damage!

    Very average, overpriced sandwiches. The majority of the sandwich/toastie/panini options were unavailable, which was disappointing given that it was only 12:30. None of the places to eat in T3 are fantastic, but this is definitely one of the poorer options.

    Very nice flat white to take away and the young lady serving there was very pleasant. Can’t fault it, although I didn’t try any food.

    Β£3 for a stale croissant, Β£3.25 for a cappuccino from an automatic coffee machine. Wish I could get in on this business, they're making bank for doing well below the bare minimum.
