Extremely chill and friendly atmosphere and oh my god was the food amazing. I have identified several other dished I'll be come back for. The Pork Katsu curry and the Chicken Bimumbap were amazing, and the pork and leek dumpings were to die for. A really special spot, slightly out of the way and in a nice area.
Tried Bao and Bap and went for their Korean-style chicken wings and Japanese curry pork cutlet rice. The wings were crispy outside and juicy inside, with a tasty sauce that wasn’t too spicy (good for people who can’t handle too much heat). The pork cutlet rice came in a generous portion, the cutlet was crunchy and paired really well with the curry sauce. Pretty good value for the quality—I’d come back to try more of their menu. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the meal even better. Definitely worth coming back!
Menu is incredibly hard to pick from because it all sounds so good ! We tried the pork pan fried dumplings which were insane, then the teriyaki fried udon with prawns which was also so so good (best noodles I’ve had in Liverpool) and finished with both a chicken and beef boa bun which don’t feature on the menu. Would 100% go again
A friend of mine found this place while googling places to eat around Liverpool. From the menu, it looked like a mix of Chinese, Korean and Japanese food available. So we decided to give it a try. It is a small and quaint place which was not easy to find at first. It is pretty cozy and just a tad away from the busy Bold Street. The food were pretty good, service was quite fast and the staff was friendly. We ordered Pan Fried dumplings (didn't take the photo sorry), Crispy Salt & Pepper Tofu, also Korean Sweet Spicy Chicken Wings for sharing appetisers. They are taste good, though I think what arrived was the salt & pepper chicken wings. But not giving too much fuss about it. The Bibimbap however was quite different from the Bibimbap I had before in other places. I wouldn't say it's bad, just different. The mango sticky rice was good.
Amazing little place with attentive and friendly staff, massive portions and delicious food! 3 main courses, 3 staters, 1 pudding and drinks only came to £50! Well worth checking out if you’re in the area
Fantastic place. Lovely staff, amazing food. Tofu heaven for veggies/vegans. If you're lucky enough to get a table you won't be disappointed!
Nice little place to eat, attention is good. We liked the food, they have good portions, the soup was very good, everything had a home made taste, I'm pretty sure they male their own dumplings and food from scratch. It was tasty. We ordered the beef soup and the Malaysian rice bowl. The beer tiger we liked a lot. The food was very hot though, I burned my mouth, had to wait 10 minutes or more to be a able to eat my plate
Really nice little place. A little hidden, but worth looking for. It's a tiny little cafe, serving properly authentic casual Asian food. Really nice noodle dishes - so much flavour, and the spicy dishes are really nice and hot. Highly recommend the beef noodles. I'll definitely be back here - it's perfect for a quick bite to eat.
