If what I have just heard is true, then Morrisons are pathetic. My elderly mother who lives just off boundary lane on the English side of the border, has been told that Morrisons pharmacy will no longer accept her prescriptions. However, Morrisons are more than happy to accept money from those just over the border for shopping. Absolutely disgusting if true and Morrisons need to hang their heads in shame making an 87 yr old have to go into Chester for her prescriptions.

Cafe service really poor, waited 45 minutes for 2 breakfasts. Lady delivering the food kept apologising to everyone and she was lovely but it was painfully slow. Wouldn’t recommend the cafe sadly. Food was nice but service so slow

Store with an abundance of parking, an inpost & Amazon locked, pharmacy, petrol station and cafe. It also had a £1 range which I’ve never seen in a supermarket before, a decent selection of items to choose from.

Disgusting night staff/ agency workers. I was doing washing at the was.me at your store because I am staying in a near by hotel, when they made a comment about using this service (wouldn’t you just buy a machine there only like £200), I think it’s appalling customer service and I am not happy about this I will be getting in contact with the store/ customer service.

The "first" supermarket in Wales after the English-Welsh border if you arrived from Chester. You know you have entered Wales judging from the number of bilingual signs and St David's flag flying everywhere. I found two shelves selling Welsh products, not too many choices thou, but good enough. The rest of the offerings are the same as your local Morrisons.

Will not shop here again nor go to the fuel station after tonight. Scanning around 100 items myself and trying to bag them all on a temperamental self scan while staff have been told to stay off all of the tills, not for me. Took 10 times longer to pay for my shopping than it should have. Fine if in a rush with 3 items, not after a long day at work with a trolley full of shopping. Always should be an option!

Excellent, quite a large store, spotlessly clean, one item I have not seen before, washing sheets, have to give those a go. Pharmacy staff very helpful.

Easy access and well thought out car park with dedicated pedestrian roues. Cash machine. Great range of products, really helpful staff and cafe too. Definitely recommend.

Quite a good place to shop or pop in to use the cafe. Cafe quality is excellent and reasonably priced. Fuel station is a bit of a rip off, often higher price petrol and diesel than the branded Esso station up the road.

Myself and my baby daughter visited the café today and I just have to say thankyou to one of the lady's there (I think her name was Sue) for going out of her way to be so helpful and patient.....I really don't know where my head was at today and she really made my early afternoon there a breeze. She even offered to help get my pot of tea for me because my hands were full with the little one, but I gladly thanked her and declined because although a kind gesture I could see she was busy. All my questions were answered regarding seating, ordering, down to where the milk was kept for the tea. I thought the food portions were good too and we both enjoyed our visit. Thanks again for your kindness, we'll be back soon.
