   Decent environment, needed bigger space for customers to sit in. Pizza sauce base seemed too sweet, the same goes for Tandoori wings. Won’t be unfortunately ordering again.

   This would have been 5 stars, as the pizza is outstanding but recently they’re consistently let down by the delivery, it’s marked as delivered 10-15mins before it actually arrives -my last one was stone cold. It’s such a shame, they used to be a perfect all round pizza service.

   Great service... friendly staff. Dave was very polite and attending. Ohhh... I had to rewrite this review... Aaammmaazziinggg garlic sticks made by DAVE.. honestly I have been having papa johns sides for almost an year now and this is the firat time I absolutely loveeedd the garlic sticks, as usually my favourite is jalapeño bites. I have to give it to the Dave for making this amazing sides.

   I made an order online it didn't go through but the money was still taken from my account, when I called up to enquire about this the man I spoke with was not helpful at all, I didn’t appreciate his tone and he was very rude, learn some customer service skill.

   Good quality pizza freshly baked. Vegetarian options are plentiful but could do with some extra variety. Atmosphere not applicable as it is a takeaway service. Quick service and good value with promotional offers readily available.

   Brought a pizza home, ordered a tuna pizza and whilst eating I was wondering why there's such less tuna and NO topping besides the tuna. Then realised on the box it says cheese and tomato pizza + add tuna. So it wasn't even a tuna pizza...it was a margarita and they just added tuna. Disappointing! Called up the branch and they didn't offer any sort of compensation, as if each customer is meant to "check" every pizza they buy before leaving. Didn't expect this type of poor customer service from Papa John's, a disgrace.

   Have used this store for a while and normally have been happy. However, have noticed their delivery times getting longer recently. Last time I ordered I noticed that they are now charging 1.99 for delivery with the reasoning being that it's there to drive improvements and that if it takes longer than 45 minutes customers would receive a £5 voucher. The delivery took almost 1 hour. I mentioned this to the delivery driver and he said to ring the branch. When ringing the branch immediately after the driver had arrived and explaining the situation, the manager basically accused me of lying and lied himself by saying his driver had already returned so it couldn't have been over 45 minutes. Not the way to treat a customer who had used them many times in the past, and who won't be using them again in future. (Note that the late delivery and voucher are relatively minor issues for me, it's more about the manager lying and accusing me of the same)

   One of the worse papa John’s I ordered! The delivery came not only late but the driver wasn’t even apologetic instead, he said you ordered at the worse time. Had to keep calling the store to find out why was one large pizza taking so long to arrive they couldn’t give me straight answers kept blaming the driver saying his car broke down which I believe it was a lie. I was on my lunch break had to go back to work and missed my lunch break due to this delay. When the pizza eventually did arrive, I opened the box to see it burnt out, called the store again and the person who answered try to explain to me that it is suppose to be like that as it is thin crust. I explained to her that I have had thin crust before and never have seen anything burnt like that when I mentioned I got pictures she said she will look on her camera’s to see if it is burnt but yet has lied to me and has not even bothered to call me. I’ve had papa John’s before not sure if this store is run by a bunch of unprofessional people as they seem not to care very much. Clearly Papa John’s is misleading customers with quality pizza’s as mine was not to standard, also mentioned if they was a problem with quality they would replace it which was not offered to me. If I could give it zero star I would of give it that. I WOULD NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
