   Had the most wonderful time, we popped in while Xmas shopping as I had a gift voucher that was about to expire, after a bit of confusion with my voucher (I was trying to order on the wrong app), we ordered and food was delicious and quick, tons of topping on the pizza, salad bar was lovely and fresh, and the staff, especially Megan and Nehan, were great, helped me figure out my voucher and were just great hosts. Can fully recommend a visit, and I'll definitely be back.

   I love pizza hut but this restaurant ruined it for me. Ordered 2 large pizzas. Hawaiian and Margherita. The delivery came on a bike so it took him 30 minutes to pedal to me. That's not the worst part. The worst part is that I was brought the wrong order completely! I was delivered 2 small pizzas. Hawaiian and chicken supreme. Immediately called the restaurant to tell them. Not even a "sorry". Not even a "oh, let us fix your order and re-send it". That would be too much to ask. No no. I was fobbed off: "contact customer service". I could argue but I wouldn't trust them to not mess with my food after so it was over either way. WORST customer experience I had in years. This review is staying here even if your customer service resolved it. Your lack of responsibility is absolutely disgusting.

   Kate was very helpful as you have to order and pay all on your phone. The staff friendly The 3 star for the food was because the chips were not done well, but the vegan pizza was ok. The vegan cheese cake was yum too. Food came out quickly

   KIDS EAT FREE!!!! CASH FREE RESTAURANT. Half term is time to find the bestie places to go with kids. This week we chose Pizza Hut because said that kids eat for free when you spend £10, BUT IS ONE KID FOR EVERY TRANSACTION, If you have a family with more that one child you only will get one child free at least that you do separate purchases for the food. We do not make a booking before coming to the place, we has been there before and wasn’t so busy, but is half term so the best option is make in advance. The Manager very friendly find the way to gives us a table, after one of the staff said that were very busy. You have to scan QR code to make you order and pay online. If you buy the promo for the buffet time is brilliant, you will have fresh pizzas, actually you can see when come out from the oven, the variety is very good and the salads island is okay, but I’m not a salad person. And have refill with drinks and ice cream is absolutely amazing, specially if you want give a reward to your kids after hard work at school, plus have kids that finish SATs, deserve every penny that you spend. Buy have no space for ramp or lift. Was full of people but is okay, when you have kids you can manage be in a noise atmosphere. The staff do as much as they can.

   Popped in for a quick bite to eat over the weekend and had a great experience. My partner and I both have food allergies and Cassie made us feel very welcome. She explained what we could eat and we heard her explaining it to the kitchen so they were aware. The Pizzas we had were nice and the service was very quick, we were in and out within 40 minutes.

   Popped in here for some lunch with a few mates. You're encouraged to order food via a QR code, but with the restaurant being underground there isn't any signal so diners have to rely on the WiFi which is a bit of an effort to sort out. Luckily the waitress was happy to take the order the old fashioned way and we enjoyed some lovely pizzas and sides from the salad bar.

   Really friendly service. Glad we booked because it was very busy at 2pm on Thursday. The only access is stairs however there is another Pizza Hut restaurant in the bullring that is accessible. Had the individual deal where you get an individual pizza, a side, salad bowl and any drink for £16.99. The food came quick and was very good. Enjoyed a lovely dessert too.
